Welcome to our family-owned, fully REMODELED "villa" in beautiful south Palm Springs. You will love our vacation home that is just steps from 1 of 2 main pools in the quiet complex of Canyon Sands that also features 6 additional mini pools and 6 well maintained tennis courts. Canyon Sands is nestled next to the ultra chic Parker Hotel and sports some of the best views of the famous Southridge Estates including Bob Hope's house. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home features excellent upgrades including granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new cabinets, new bathroom vanities, fresh paint, new flooring, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, wine cooler and wet bar, gas fireplace, 42 inch LCD in the living room with cable and both bedrooms feature new king size beds.
The master bedroom features a new 23 inch LCD with DVD player. The whole condo has new furniture throughout and is fully equipped to start your vacation. The backyard features a private patio and gas BBQ. There is an enclosed 2 car garage that also has 2 bicycles for your leisure as well as a washer and dryer.
You won't find a quieter place to vacation. Outside the front door is a lovely running fountain that leads to the pool. Relax at the pool, sit in the jacuzzi or enjoy the prime location of being in the nestled complex of Canyon Sands. You can ride the bicylces to the Smoke Tree Village for a bite to eat, drive to Tahquitz Creek for a round of golf or head down to the "strip" for some shopping and dining. Enjoy the convenience of the market being caddy corner from the complex, the short jaunt to Trader Joe's and Target as well as the closeness of Rancho Mirage and all that it holds.

Our whole family has been in civil service dating back to our grandparents. We love the desert and all that comes with it. (Golf, shopping, hiking, running and fine dining). If it weren't for our famous Grandma Shirley, we would never have owned this place. We thank her for her wise decision to buy in such a perfect location in Palm Springs so that her family could enjoy it for years to come.

This villa/condo has been in our family since the 70's. The fact that we still own this property just goes to show that nobody wants get rid of it. Its fun!!!! Besides the awesome location next to the Parker, which by the way, you are blowing it if you do not go over there and check it out. Especially for a breakfast. But one of the best features is how peaceful it is at the villa. If you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of the desert, you have come to the right place.
