Get away from the city at this cozy, creek side cabin nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains and close to Lake Blue Ridge and Aska adventure area. Listen to the soft babble of the small creek while relaxing in the hammock and enjoy the outdoor fireplace and dining on the creek side deck. Unwind in the peaceful setting of Cherry Log Mountain or release the adventurer in you by hiking the Benton-McKaye Trail, tubing on the Toccoa or whitewater rafting at the Oconee adventure center. Hike the Appalachian Trail~~southern beginning~~(Springer Mountain) within a 15 minute drive. Access to nine stocked lakes within the development! Cabin is convenient to Ellijay and Blue Ridge for shopping and dining. A real log cabin that is rustic with an elegant touch. Private and secluded but easily accessible from Hwy. 515.

Cabin has recently been updated with wireless internet access and flat screen TV with HD. Additionally, new beds in both bedrooms along with new dressers and night stands. The living room has new sofa, tables and rug. NEW PICTURES coming soon!

A couple of my friends and I decided to do a girls getaway/birthday celebration in the North GA mountains and I found this cute cabin that was perfect for the three of us. Donna and Lisa were awesome and answered all my questions very quickly. The cabin was very clean and very beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed turning on the fireplace with a press of a button! The hot tub was great for the chilly night. We only wished we could've stayed another night or two. We all definitely hope to stay here again in the near future and to make this cabin our annual retreat.

Slice of heaven

The Cherry Log community was such a beautiful location for a winter retreat. We arrived to find that the owners had set up a sweet Christmas tree for us which made the stay even brighter. The kitchen and bathroom were updated, ant the warm fireplace, hot tub, and fire-pit kept us toasty and relaxed...not to mention the cute creek that meanders beside the large deck. The hiking trial led us to a beautiful lake and small chapel within a half mile of the cabin...what a wonderful surprise! Our two dogs were in heaven with daily hikes. We can't wait for our next stay!

This was the best time we have ever had on vacation! The cabin was off by itself with very few other cabins around, a beautiful stream, hot tube, it was just perfect! My kids could play in the yard in the leaves and I didn't have to worry about traffic or anything. By far our most memorable vacation. The cabin is two bedrooms and one bath, has a fireplace and a wonderful couch for afternoon naps, new appliances in the kitchen and any and everything you could possibly need to cook/clean with. The only thing that I could suggest that you bring in Firewood for the fire pit. We didn't have any wood and had to scout around in the woods for sticks and fallen limbs, but the kids had a blast doing it! Will be staying here again!!!!

You couldn't have asked for a more cozier and quiet cabin than this one. The rustic look, the fireplace, and the hot tub, was definitely the spot to celebrate my fiance's 60th BD; not to mention, setting for several romantic evenings starting at the outdoor firepit. Everything you need is right there from the swing to the creek. We enjoyed our time together and met Chuck and Cindy, owner's of the two story cabin behind us. Very nice folks. Also, I have to mention, the reservation process was very easy and you couldn't have had a nicer agent to deal with such as Donna. She was there for any questions, concerns, or problems (which we had none), and if you do not know what southern hospitality is, try this place and ask for Donna. We loved our time here. Thanks for these memories we have now.
