The living room has a large TV with expanded cable viewing and a DVD. There are also 2 comfortable full sized couches and a love seat for 2.

Additional Information: The kitchen is well equipped with a 5-burner Thermador stovetop built into the kitchen island. There is a built in Thermador microwave and oven with warming drawer. Additional amenities include an over sized side by side stainless steel Kitchenaid refrigerator. There is also a beautiful dining room with seating for 11.

With an ideal Montecito location, this Montecito Estate is just 2 minutes to Butterfly Beach, Coast Village Road and the Upper Village. Take a ten minute walk to the beautiful Westmont College campus, and be sure to schedule a seasonal visit to the lush grounds of Lotusland, located right across the street!

Please note that there is a Guest House on the property where I live and share use of the driveway and laundry.

The pool is not heated from November 15 to end of February.

If you would like to swim in a heated pool during this time there is one available year round at the beach, Los Banos del mar Pool, just 4 minutes away! SYCAMORE CANYON ESTATE IS LOCATED IN A FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS OF YOUR NEIGHBORS AND PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM. LOUD MUSIC AND LOUD PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO SCREAMING OR RUNNING AT THE POOL. ALL ACTIVITIES AND NOISE MUST CEASE AFTER BEFORE 9 AM AND AFTER 9 PM.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.

People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Sycamore Canyon Estate is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.

Pets are NOT allowed.

If complaints of excess noise or smoking are received from neighbors or detected by owner, guest may lose deposit.
