Welcome to Santa Fe! Our family fell in love with this home in 2006, and we are certain you will too! The location could not be better, and we offer every amenity to you as our guests, because we know you will love it here too. We have homes in CO and NC, and find this western retreat a perfect counterpoint to our busy everyday lives. I love the walk-ability to everything from this home. Santa Fe is the second largest art market in North America, so come see what we have to offer!

Santa Fe is one of the most accessible, friendly, culturally diverse and historically interesting small cities in the U.S.. Established 400 years ago in 1610, this town now boasts excellent restaurants, opera and symphony, live music, theater, and a range of outdoor activities that will keep every member of your party happy. Only an hour by car from Albuquerque, once here you see immediately why they call this 'The City Different'. Great architecture, culture, and climate meet in this one place. Skiing is 15 miles uphill to the Santa Fe Ski Basin, or an hour away in Taos. Rafting, Biking, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Fly Fishing, are all within easy grasp. Breakfast bistros and brunch/lunch options abound, and fine dining or an excellent casual burger is all within walking distance of this vacation home. This is why we chose our home at Fairmont El Corazon as our starting point for our ongoing southwest adventure.
If I told you that once you arrived you could park the car and get to almost everything on foot if you chose, wouldn't THAT appeal to you? Our family loves the convenience and proximity to everything. Just ask what's available. We provide listings of our favorites in the home, and we are able to assist you in person as well if you come for information at my gallery. Further, you will receive a generous discount on any art you purchase while in residence at our home.
Outstanding place to stay. Close to everything. Highly recommend to anyone/everyone. No issues. Very quiet.
Wonderful townhouse with plenty of room for 4-6 people. We were able to walk to the Plaza and many other places. Very close driving distance to everything we wanted to see. It is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. We would definitely stay again.
Our family stayed at the El Corazon this September. My husband and his two brothers and their wives all stayed here. The unit was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were super comfortable. We were able to fix our own coffee and breakfast every morning before we took off to prowl the Santa Fe area. Everything is so close you could walk to it. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the fireplace, wine and the weather in the evenings. The owners gave us a list of recommendations on restaurants and we used several and thoroughly enjoyed them. the owner even called to check on us to make sure everything was going well. that's the sign of a good owner. Should we be in Santa Fe again in the future we will definitely stay here again.
Our family of 5 (myself, husband, and three kids ages 18, 16, and 14) stayed in this condo for a week and were so impressed! The condo looked just as it does in the pics and was equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay in Santa Fe! The little patio is great for breakfast in the sun and my husband used the grill to cook us dinner 2 nights when we were sick of eating out. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with anything you might need. The condo feels very clean, well maintained, spacious, soft beds, and it is nice to have 3 bathrooms so you can spread out and not worry. There are two beds/baths and the laundry on the upper level and the kitchen, dining room, living room, another bedroom and bath on the main level. The community is gated. It is about a 4 block walk to the square, less for many delicious restaurants, galleries, and shopping. It also is centrally located as we visited Bandolier, Puye Cliffs, the opera, Rio Grande Historical marker, the Santa Fe National Forest, and more. So VERY convenient, endless entertainment! Underground parking is wonderful, especially in inclement weather. As other reviewers have said, Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with and does answer any inquiries or questions almost immediately. The concierge at the clubhouse is also extremely helpful should any needs arise during your stay. There is also a little workout room with weights, an elliptical, stationary bikes, etc. So much better than a hotel, it truly was a "home away". We would definitely go back when we return to Santa Fe!
My family stayed here during Spring Break 2014. We always choose to stay in El Corazon due to the location of the condos, but this was our first time to stay at this property. The condo was beautiful, spacious, well decorated, fully equipped, and easy to access. We skied during the day and then made the easy walk into town at night. We love the underground parking and the safety of the property and gates. It is located at the basin of the ski mountain and also within blocks to the square. My family of 5 plus my mother all enjoyed their stay! We will come back. Scott was a pleasure to work with and responds quickly to emails and calls. Thank you for having us!
The location of this condo is tops. We could walk to wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries. It was very comfortable and well decorated (although it appeared that much of the wall art had been taken out recently as there were many spots where art had been hung previously). Kitchen utensils were sufficient. The beds were great. There were 3 couples and we all had an en suite bath to each bedroom. One slight negative-downstairs bedroom does not really have a closet. A bar had been put up in the furnace room. The outdoor fireplace did not work and needed some attention to leaky shower, etc, but overall a very nice place.
