It is quiet located in nostalgic groom inner yard of a house- protected as a historical monument. The nearby Schäfersee invites you to take a walk. To City Alexanderplatz as well as to Zoologischer Garten (Kurfürstendamm) each ca. 12 minutes by underground. Also to airport Tegel you need - also without change - only 20 minutes by bus; 12 minutes by car. The new renovated garden apartment 60 m²- offers enough space for 4 persons. The ground floor is tiled. Hall and kitchen are with built-in cupboards (possible to cook and refrigerator) and dining table as well as the living room with sleeping couch. Through a curved step you will get to the upper floor. Here you will find the bedroom with double bed and a big wardrobe as well as tiled bathroom with washing machine.
