Enjoy million dollar views from your luxury one bedroom & office, two bath vacation villa that features a premium location, southwest contemporary architecture and romantic seclusion. Perched on a hillside above Sedona's exclusive gallery district, Casa Bella Vista (House of the Beautiful Views) is a 1260 square foot ground floor duplex. It is ideally situated within easy walking distance of fabulous shops, galleries and restaurants, Oak Creek and National Forest hiking trails. Secluded and peaceful, it is the perfect non-smoking adult retreat.

The romantic villa (newly built, high-end construction) has plenty of space, comfortable leather sofa and recliner, a western area rug, living room fireplace, deluxe king-bedded master bedroom and a second antique twin daybed bedroom/office, both with en-suite baths and memorable red rock views.

Southwest art adorns the walls. Sip morning coffee on the private view deck off the living room. Bubble in two-person jetted tubs in your immaculate baths. Enjoy a 47inch flat screen LCD TV/DVD and stereo system in your living room and second TV and iPod player in the master. Your fully stocked kitchen includes a full-size stove and oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator with automatic ice maker, coffeemaker, dishwasher and generous prep areas. An outdoor grill, small appliances, as well as all dishes, utensils and glassware complete your dream kitchen.

The rooms are heated and cooled by a central system that you control with the addition of a gas fireplace for atmosphere in cool weather. Fully-wired, you have a complimentary wireless broadband hookup. Your master bedroom features a deluxe canopied king bed with fluffy down bedding and 750 thread-count linens.

The second bedroom/office has an office desk and an antique daybed for an additional guest. A full-size washer and dryer in their separate utility room complete the guest house's luxury amenities.

Savor fabulous sunrise and sunset views from your private living room deck. Sip champagne from the sparkling in-ground spa only steps away on a deck suspended over a hillside in the private, secluded and fully-fenced yard. View birds and wildlife in the arroyo below the yard's spa deck.

Never mind the weather

It was snowing when we arrived ... each day got better and warmer. What a lovely spot to relax, sleep in and/or soak up the beautiful stars from the hot tub. So accessible to restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. We prefer to travel with our small dog, so this property was a true find. We were made to feel welcome and appreciated. Cannot wait to return.

My wife and I recently stayed at this beautiful property. I don't know how we could have chosen a more desirable location. Everything was truly perfect...the location...privacy....awesome views. Fran has provided everything that is needed for a very comfortable visit ; you will not want to leave.

My husband and I wanted a beautiful relaxing place to stay in Sedona. This place did not disappoint. We loved having the hot tub right outside our door so that we could enjoy the beautiful sunsets and gorgeous red rock views. My husband and I enjoyed this perfect retreat only a few weeks ago. It is perfect for a romantic get-away. Plenty is within walking distance and trails are abundant in all directions with a 15 - 20 minute drive. Fran, our host, greeted us with enthusiasm with her adorable well-trained little dogs, Cassidy and Sundance. We immediately felt at home.
I did I mention private? This place is amazing how much privacy it provide while still being near town center. Last, we also noted the love and immaculate condition this rental is maintained with. We hope to return!

Fran has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Highly recommended, but please take care of my second home when you stay here - I will definitely be back! I spent a month in this amazing house and was incredibly sad to leave.
