Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

The Guest Cottage is about 1500 square feet, plus large porches and a deck. There is a nice sized yard for kids, pets and adults to play below the cottage. The cottage comes with lake access via several sets of stairs, and a dock where a boat can be stored during your stay. Its location set above the lake allows for great views that the Finger Lakes are known for. Owasco Lake is small enough to avoid large waves and also warm up quickly, so it’s perfect for swimming and boating.

The deck has a comfortable cushioned furniture set and a gas grill, perfect for the ultimate summer BBQ or evening of stargazing. One bedroom has a double bed and a full bath in the adjacent hallway. The second has two twin beds (which can pushed together to make a king) and an attached half bath. There is also an open loft above the other two bedrooms which houses a queen sized futon and a blow up mattress. It’s the perfect game room for kids or space for a couple extra kids! The loft overlooks the large and comfortable open kitchen/dining room/living room with doors out onto the porch. It’s perfect for family gatherings, allowing everyone to spend time together. Enjoy cooking a meal together, watch a DVD, or just sit back and enjoy each others company with the ultimate lake view.

The cottage comes fully stocked with grill supplies, paper products, dishes, a coffee pot, cookware, silverware, towels, linens, soap, washer/dryer, etc. There are not any boats included with the rental, but there are boat rentals minutes away and there are life jackets available for your use. Also minutes away are restaurants, ice cream stands, and convenient access to all the wineries and sight seeing that the Finger Lakes are known for. In addition to information on area attractions that are provided at the cottage, optional concierge services are also available to help ease your vacation planning. Bring your personally belongings and some family or friends and you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing Finger Lakes getaway!

Above & beyond what we expected. Clean!!! Comfortable, spacious, charming and well stocked. We could not have asked for anything else. Owners helpful with questions and nearby activities. Discriptions and photos were acurate. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing home away from home. Beautiful place - clean - clean - clean
Caution: Bring water shoes (sharp rocks in water) and beware of steps - very slippery when wet. Alot of steps for elderly or toddlers. We had a wonderful stay!!
