Totally updated 2br/2ba condo in heart of Houston Galleria. The project is located in a high-end residential area at the end of a cul de sac. It is a great location for business travlers or those visiting the Houston Medical Center and want a quiet residential setting.

The unit has new carpet, paint, granite in kitchen and baths, new stove and microwave, new dishwasher, refrigerator with an icemaker and a fully stocked kitchen. All linens are included and bedding is premium 100% cotton.

The unit is light and bright with blinds and drapes on windows for comfort and privacy. It is easily accessible and located on first floor of two story complex. Assigned covered parking is available in the garage and additional visitor parking is also available.

There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Also available is a roll away bed that is most comfortable for a child or teen. We have a Pack and Play for toddlers as well as a high chair.

The complex has a pool and spa area that is fenced and private; and in walking distance is a small park with a jogging trail, children's play area and bayou access with canoe and kayak launching area.

The project is near the intersection of Stoney Brook and Woodway Dr. and is the perfect combination of convenient location and quiet friendly neighborhood!

Keywords: Centrally located in Houston Galleria area. Convenient to Medical Center, Downtown, Westchase. Beautifully updated by builder/decorator owner!

About The Owner

My husband and I are custom home builders in the Houston area and love homes! We have renovated several and built many. This condo was my mother-in-laws and we just recently renovated it. When we travel, we often stay in Bed & Breakfast or condominiums because we like having a kitchen so thought this would be a nice cross between the two and a fun project!

Why The Owner chose Houston

There is so much to do in Houston and so many people visiting here for various reasons: business, vacation, medical, reunions, weddings, etc. that we thought this centrally located unit would be a wonderful Home Away From Home!

What makes this condo unique

The biggest benefit of this unit is its location in a very serene complex. There are no through streets, and it is primarily a residential area.

Wonderful week long stay

Terrific condo for my week long stay in Houston. The location cannot be beat, surrounded by beautiful homes and all the shops/stores/restaurants you need. The condo is tastefully decorated, and the owner has gone above and beyond to supply you with everything you need for your stay. It is a very quiet complex, in a safe, beautiful area of Houston. We tried several restaurants in the area, and they were all great. Short drive to the Galleria for shopping. I hope to travel back to Houston in the future, and look forward to staying at this location again.

Great Place to Stay!

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying here. The pictures really represent the place. Its so close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Only 20 mins away from The Galleria! The neighborhood was quite and we felt safe. We hope to make our way down to Houston in the future!

Our stay in Houston was fabulous thanks in part to Denise and the wonderfully comfortable accommodations she provided! She greeted us at the condo on our timeline. The condo fit our needs perfectly! The kitchen was perfectly stocked, linens were top quality and beds extremely comfortable! It was meticulously clean and close to any restaurant you could ask for as well as fabulous shopping! Denise was available to answer any questions we had! It was nice to be in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. I highly recommend using these accommodations for your next stay in Houston!

Fantastic

You can't beat the location. The apartment was cozy, well maintained and fantastic for my family of 5. Landlord was also readily available on phone and email and addressed every need we had. Will definitely like to stay here again for my next trip to the Houston area.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed 14 days to attend a training at the conference center. The location was perfect, very quiet, and in a quaint neighborhood. The condo was extremely clean and stocked with everything imaginable!! Denise was wonderful to work with during the whole process.

We didn't get to enjoy the condo as much as we wanted due to the training, but it was so nice to come home to relax in a nice, clean roomy condo. It just made it so "comfy" while being miles away from home. Plus, just up the block is a Kroger's grocery store that is very clean and affordable.

Thanks Denise for make it a wonderful stay!!!
