Spectacular ocean views and blocks to the beach and everything that you need all around you to have a great time at the beach and Los Angeles! Plenty of private parking and that is a plus around here but is great for people with or without vehicles. Just a short cab ride to to/from LAX Los Angeles International Airport and close to so many attractions that Los Angeles has to offer!

Our family of five stayed here over Spring Break. We really cannot say enough about this rental or the super accommodating and communicative owner, Blaine! He was super to work with! The unit was immaculate and in a perfect location in Manhattan Beach. We had plenty of room for our family. The living room is amazing, with incredible views off of the balcony and super high ceilings with natural light filling the room. We had a few chilly nights and the gas fireplace was much appreciated. The master bedroom had a super comfy bed, and the bathroom shower was amazing! We enjoyed walking the Strand every morning, grabbing coffee at Starbucks, and playing volleyball every afternoon. Great location for exploring LA. We were able to easily visit Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and downtown LA. Several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Really excellent vacation rental and we hated to leave. We would definitely rent this wonderful condo in the future!
My family and I had the pleasure of living at this beautiful townhouse for 6 months while getting established in the Los Angeles area. It is am AMAZING spot! The set up of the house is great with the bedrooms on the main floor and the LR/DR/kitchen on the top floor. Both bedrooms are large with tons of closet space in wall-to-wall mirrored closets. The master bathroom shower is to die for! The three balconies with french doors allow for heavenly sunshine and breezes to stream in most of the day. The upstairs is absolutely huge with arched ceilings. Plentiful windows allow for endless and 180 degree panoramic views of the Pacific which are amazing. We never grew tired of watching the surfers and dolphins from the upstairs balcony. My daughter is now an avid surfer after deciding it was too tempting not to join them down at the beach. The house is well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials and the awesome 'beachy' feel of the furniture and decor makes you never want to leave. The surrounding area is great with lots of eclectic people and a great surfer vibe. Parking is ample which is Godsend in MB. Finally, Blaine is a GREAT guy. He is very laid back and easy to deal with yet very attentive if there is ever an issue. A five star experience all around, highly recommend!
This is, by far, the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in, and there have been a few. The view alone is worth every penny, and then you factor in the location, the interior style and the great management...and you have yourself a dream vacation. It was so relaxing, no matter where I was in this home. My favorite was the upstairs patio. Yoga, a romantic wine night, breakfast or coffee, reading...you name it, the spacious patio is perfect for it. This rental is also super close to anything and everything you would want in the L.A. vicinity. I was able to visit Venice, and the beautiful canals, for the first time while staying here, as well as Hollywood, Sunset Blvd. and Rodeo drive. All of these things are just a short drive away. Besides hot spots, this place is also walking distance to shopping, convenience marts...not to mention, amazing eateries, exciting bars and of course, the beautiful beach and boardwalk. Last but not least, the management of this property is incredible. If ever I had a question about anything, the manager was always quick to assist, and always seemed very happy to help. I have stayed here twice, and both times were amazing experiences. I definitely plan on coming back on my next trip to L.A. Next time I'm bringing my bike for the boardwalk!
Located 2 blocks from the beach, which is great for surfing and playing volleyball. The boardwalk is one of the greatest around (i.e. the intro for the classic tv show 'Three's Company') and there is actually 2 boardwalks, 1 for walking/running and another for biking. Sand on both sides of the boardwalk for biking - so cool! A general store is 1 block away as well as various restaurants and bars.
