Beautiful in October

Third floor, end of group condo with windows on three sides afforded us sunny mornings and beautiful views of the mountains in golden fall colors. We found ample space and privacy for a party of four. We cooked in for several meals and had no problem in the well equipped kitchen. Very convenient and comfortable layout.
Especially enjoyed the close by walks- into town for breakfast and shopping. Also enjoyed the recreation path that passes right behind the condo. Next time we will rent some bikes nearby, because the path connects to numerous bike trails that can be used to tour all around Summit County. The condo is also a short walk from a trail head that leads into the Eagles Nest Wilderness Area, and many miles of hiking trails there. We walked into the wilderness area one afternoon, when we had just an hour or so for a hike at the end of the day.
Bus stop right out at the curb, and we took the (free) bus to visit some of the other ski resorts including Copper Mountain. Lots to do and see in the area in the fall. We hope to return next summer and do some sailing on Lake Dillon.
The description and photos were accurate, and property clean and well maintained, and I would recommend it to family and friends. It is a walk up, great for active vacationers.
