These one room log cabins are new to this year,they are at a great location to all the tourists attractions. The cabins have a kitchenette,bathroom, and a 20by10 deck that overlooks the golf course.they include linens and towels.After your day out come home and sit on the deck have a drink and cook out and enjoy watching the sun set.In our cabins we have a loft bed and a queen size bed sleep 4 comfortably.The bathroom has a shower stall with the modern facillities. They are one room with vaulted ceilings,just come and enjoy your stay with us.

About The Owner

We came out here from Wisconsin in 2000 for the Sturgis bike rally,We stayed in Custer and loved it. We bought property out here built a place and came out here for our vacations till we retired in 2009. Since then we bought our first vacation home in 2010 and now added our 2 cabins. We love it out here and we hope you do to.

Custer is a great place to set up a vacation home with all the attractions close by.Custer State Park,Mt. Rushmore,Crazy Horse,Caves,and a beach in Custer State Park,we are easy access to main hwy.

What makes this cabin unique

Some of the benefits to our cabin is that you have your privacy and a place to cook inside and out and to sit on the deck and enjoy the views.Its also about a mile and half from town so you could walk there to local restaurants or just walk to the michelson trail. We do supply the coffee and condiments for your stay with us.

Great cabin!

We stayed in cabin #1. It's absolutely a wonderful cabin and great location! The cabib was spotless clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. This cabin was everything we hoped it would be and made our experiences in South Dakota much more enjoyable. Thank you Joleen for your hospitality. We highly recommend this property.

What we were lookin for

My wife and I stayed in cabin 1 for 4 days during the rally. This little gem was just what we needed, it had a great mattress, all the amenities we needed and having all the condiments supplied was great. Towels and sheets were all good quality . Most of our time when we weren't riding was spent on the deck bbq'ing and having drinks with our friends from next door. Having the deck and bbq is a grear area to cook and spend the evenings. It's an easy walk into town to go check out the local happenings. One thing, if your a taller person the shower head is a bit low so you will have to bend down a bit. Thanks again and see you next year

awesome place

would like to you know what a great place this was, it was immaculate and had everything you could need or want in the cabin. The owners were so accomadating with what we should go see and if we needed anything they were more then happy to help us with it. The cabins are soooo cute and with just the right touch of rustic but with modern ammenities. They are located really close to town so there was no problem if you forgot to bring something you were a five minute run into Custer. I have never been to a vacation rental that was so clean. I will definately use these cabins again and have told all my friends and family to rent from this charming couple.

Great cabin with everything we needed!

We stayed here just this past week for 2 nights and the cabin was great! My husband and I stayed with our 7 year old twins while visiting the Black Hills. The location of the cabins is great, just on the edge of Custer and close to all of the major attractions. The cabin had everything we needed from bedding and towels to kitchen utensils, and a beautiful deck with table, chairs, a grill. The hill and the rocks behind the cabin kept the kids busy climbing for hours. We will definatley stay again on our next trip!
