*Relax in the air conditioned comfort of an open floor plan with views of the water or step outside to relax waterside within feet. Pets OK!

* In the winter read a book in front of the wood burning stove.

*Swimming and fishing or BBQ on the smoker pit right by the water.

*Enjoy the sunsets from an elevated 400 square foot upper deck

*Catch catfish, bass and trout from the fishing pier.

*Boat ramp for your convenience, so you can launch right from the property.

*Large yard for fun and games for the kids

*Recently remodeled open floor plan!

*The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and a Jen-Air in a large island with plenty of seating.

*There is an over, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot.

*A washer and dryer are in the laundry room if needed and all linens are provided.

*The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed.

*Each of the other two bedrooms have bunk beds and a full size bed

** 1 bedroom Casita available which sleeps and addition 4 people

Additional Information: Our entire family and friends love swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, wake boarding, jet skiing, and just relaxing on the decks. We love to visit the Hill Country wineries, state parks, and visit the shops in near by Kingsland, Marble Falls and Fredricksburg. Sometimes we will visit beautiful Enchanted Rock which is only 30 minutes away, or go to Llano for some famous barbecue. Some of our guests really enjoy the state parks and vicinity to four other lakes. There is never a dull moment- unless you want it to be quite and just chill by the water. Enjoy!

Beautiful setting. Comfortable house, but appliances weren't exactly Thanksgiving dinner friendly. All in all it was a good experience.

My family had a wonderful time!! The house is as shown in the photos. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morings and fishing in the evenings. The location is great!! In Chevy cove and close the the Colorado arm which is good skiing!! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Nice Lake House

The house was nice and big and the kitchen had everything you would ever need. Very well stocked. The only complaint was road noise when you sit outside and the beds in the 2nd & 3rd bedroom were very uncomfortable. The master bedroom was nice and large with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. The living area was large and roomy. The decks outside were as pictured.
Owner's Response: The matresses and box springs in these two bedrooms have been replaced to insure our guest's comfort.

Great Times at Lake LBJ

My family of five had a GREAT time at Lake LBJ. The house was as advertised. It is very clean and very spacious. The house was well stocked with many extras. The house is located in a cove away from the busy lake. We had plenty of room. The view from the patio is super. We took our boat and tied it up right outside of the house. We had 4 super days on the lake boating and fishing. We were located near a marina and near a place that sold live bait. The owners were very nice to work with and we are looking to go back again. You will not go wrong with this property.
