If you get tech hungry, the home is equipped with a Wi-Fi wireless broadband network and full digital cable including extended HD channels. The family room is decked out with a 55” LCD HDTV, Blu-ray player, DVR and gaming system. The Master suite includes a 32” LCD HDTV with DVR plus Blu-ray player and the kitchen boasts a smart clock (Sony Dash) that connects to the internet for instant access to your favorite web services like Pandora, YouTube and Netflix.
When you're bounding to the beach or park, you can fill up the classic red wagon with plenty of patriotic picnic blankets along with the wicker picnic basket to stow away snacks.
