I just finished a complete renovation that is gorgeous. Everything is brand new. This house is located in the

Village at Camelback, right on the slope behind indoor pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Some features are a new wood burning stove, hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and baths, new appliances, wainscoating throughout, memory foam queen beds, full sized futon, 2 foldaway cots, wine barrel dining table. Flat screen tvs, surround sound, bluetooth stereo, Wi-Fi, bar-b-que…

This unit is a true ski in and ski out. Just bring your skis, food and toiletries and you won't have to get in the car your entire stay. House is on the lower level from the parking that is just steps away from the mountain. All linens, towels, blankets, pillows, cleaning fee, insurance are included with rental

This is not a handicap accessible unit. You have to go down steps to get to a lower level row of townhouses.

About Mike Bernstein

I had a major life changing experience when I had 2 major brain surgeries and my heart stopped 3 times in 2009. Sadly, it took these events for me to decide to live life to the fullest while I am still on Earth. I always wanted to have a refuge where the family could spend together without the distractions of everyday life. Hence, we purchased our mountain home and have made and continue to make wonderful memories!

Why Mike Bernstein chose Tannersville

This property was chosen because of the proximity to the slope. When are kids were little having to load and unload the car was a true pain in the neck. Also, getting everyone on the same page was even more brutal. Being able to ski in and ski out makes life amazing. If your tired of skiing the indoor pool and tennis courts are right there and you never have to hop in the car

Great location and home

The house is exactly as described. The house is not huge, but the layout allowed for a comfortable and cozy stay. The house is well maintained, clean, and truly has everything you need. There was TV's with cable hookups in every room and the wood stove was perfect and kept the house very warm. It was an easy ski in and ski out onto Camelback mountain. There is a wooden walkway from the parking lot to front door with a bit of stairs...I didn't mind it, but it can be slick with snow and ice. Otherwise, if you are looking for a decent ski-in/out, this property serves the purpose.

Cozy retreat

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this spacious home! It allowed for easy ski in, ski out access that we were looking for as well as fun and relaxing time with our family and friends. We plan to come back again next year and hope to make this an annual getaway. Thank you!

Fabulous!

The location was perfectly located to ski in/out from the Camelback Mountain Ski area. You do have to walk a bit from the parking lot to the condo..but use duffle bags versus suit cases as there are a few steps.It was not a problem for us but for older people it might be.The bedrooms were spacious and laid out well with furniture. Very clean and everything you need to cook with is in the kitchen.Bathrooms are clean not real spacious but great for a couple of days!Def recommend to friends...also used the indoor swimming pool with the kids which was fabulous!

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

This rental was spotless when we moved in! Beautiful accents that made it feel nice and home-y. Mike was great to work with, and was really easy and enjoyable to communicate with. We stayed long-term, and it worked perfectly for what we needed. Very close to the outlets and water park! We also got to bring our pup with us since the rental was pet-friendly! Huge plus for us! Would highly recommend not only the rental, but Mike as well!

Great mountain stay!

We had a really nice stay in this unit. It was VERY clean and nicely decorated. The owner supplied everything we needed to make our stay wonderful.

It is located VERY close (steps away) from Camelback and extremely convenient for skiers.

The steps can get icy so you need to be careful walking to/from car when temps are low.

I would definitely stay again. We had a really great time!
