Great place to stay.
My wife, daughter, and I stayed at this condo for a week in August 2011, and had a great time.
The description was accurate, the photos gave a true sense of the place, the property was clean and well-maintained, and I would certainly recommend this place. The property manager was helpful and available.
It was great to have large, clean, and modern condo near the beach. We intentionally wanted to stay off the beach to avoid crowds. We also wanted to find a place with a pool. This fulfilled both.
The condo is just off of Route 1 which made it convenient to all of the shopping and other retail locations in Rehoboth (restaurants etc.). There was more than ample parking at the condo and it was quiet at night. The kitchen had new appliances, there was a nice screened-in deck, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. We chose to stay in for several meals because of the comfort and convenience of the place.
The pool felt little small when there were more than 10 people using it, but usually that was not the case and we really enjoyed being able to walk to it in less than 1 minute.
Overall, this is a great place to stay because it is clean, large, and offers all of the amenities that we could ask for.
