A relaxing escape from your everyday life. This beautiful, clean home is situated in the Springs area of East Hampton in the private beach community of Clearwater Beach. All renters get complimentary beach pass to Clearwater Beach, which is less than 2 miles away. Ocean beaches (East Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk) are all 6 miles away, as is the main town of East Hampton. A short drive from Sag Harbor, Shelter Island, beautiful wineries, shopping, and fabulous restaurants.

About The Owner

Hello! Thank you for your interest in renting our home. This house is extremely special to us and we take excellent care of it, so our guests enjoy it as if it were their own home. We try to make it as comfortable as possible and your relaxation and enjoyment is very important to us!

The Owner purchased this house in 2004
Why The Owner chose Amagansett

We bought this house when we were married without children and living in Manhattan. We loved escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the area even more now that we have children.

What makes this house unique

We love the location of the house - while the historic Springs area is known as a retreat for artists, we love the fact that it feels like you are in the woods, and is extremely quiet. Yet just a couple miles away are the most beautiful beaches on the East coast.

Great Summer Getaway

We stayed at this house for 4 days in August 2012. We also stayed for 3 days last fall (Sept 2011).

What a great spot! It's so quiet and peaceful, yet minutes from all the wonderful Hamptons attractions...East Hampton Village, Amagansett, Sag Harbor, tons of lovely farm stands, beaches, even some wineries. Tons of great places to eat.

The house was perfect, too. Perfectly clean and well-maintained. Just the right size 3 BR beach house. Nice, wooded yard really makes you feel like you're away from it all.

Very fairly priced for such a great house and location. Second time was the charm...I'm certain we'll be back again. And the owners are lovely, and super nice to boot. Very helpful in answering any questions I had about the house or the surrounding area.

Would definitely recommend this house...already recommended it to friends and family.

We had the best time in East Hampton mostly thanks to this impeccably clean house. It had everything you would need for a great get-a-way for family and friends. It was in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, set in a lightly wooded area with a well groomed yard complete with bbq and patio. Short drive to a number of beaches and restaurants. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They provide you with info about the town and local hot spots. If rest and relaxation is what you need then this is the place for you. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful, clean home that is great for families or a small group of friends. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood is still close enough to enjoy the East Hampton town. The owners were very gracious and helpful, and would definitely come back for another occasion.

It has been a treat to stay in this lovely house, I only wish we could have made more use of the situation provided by having it as a home during our brief stay, but we were all rather busily trying to sell our artwork at the show.Many thanks. We will, no doubt be in touch to try to arrange future bookings when we are back in this area!

This house is very attractive, with lovely and stylish furnishings, beautifully maintained and very well equipped. The quiet neighborhood is near the most beautiful bay beaches in the area, and good for family biking. In addition to keeping their home beautiful, the owners are an exceptionally nice family.
