Farmhouse, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 7)

This modern farmhouse style home is situated just a short walk to the gorgeous Amagansett beaches - often called Asparagus Beach for all the socializing that goes on during the summer. We offer a king and a queen Select Comfort beds, two twin beds, a crib if needed. There is a single bed downstairs if needed. A large flat screen TV and Wii Fit are available in the family room with a large selection of family movies. Lovely gardens with waterfall.

Two housekeepers will come in weekly to water the plants, vacuum, mop and dust. An outdoor shower with warm water will wash away the sand as you head into the house. A vegetable garden is available for your picking and lovely flower gardens to give you the sense of serenity a vacation requires.

Also available through the end of September.

Feels like home, beautiful surroundings, easy access to town and a skip to the beach

My family has enjoyed visiting this Atlantic Ave. home for the past 8 summers and we've loved every aspect of the house and it's location. The home is comfortable and bright with tasteful decor. The yard is spacious and open as it sits in a large field. The flower gardens are the most colorful in the neighborhood. It is ideal for families, offering swings, play boat, fire pit, vegetable garden, toys and a short walk to the beach for little legs. In the evenings it's quite magical to have an open view of the stars, listen to the ocean on the back patio and watch the fireflies in the gardens. I would recommend this home without reservation and stand by my 5 star rating.

A beautiful and relaxing place to stay

My two children and I loved our time at this charming home. The kids happily romped through the large yard making great use of the swings, climbing boat, and the fire pit (who doesn't love a hot s'mores on a summer night?). I soaked up the tranquility of the place both inside and out--it was so quiet and peaceful I never wanted to leave! This house was perfectly situated and set up for all our activities too: a day drip up to the Montauk lighthouse, a morning spent at Fresh Pond, and a fun walk into town for ice cream and window shopping. It is beautifully furnished down to the details and situated at the end of a lovely shaded street within walking distance to the beach. It is quite large, and we were happy to be sharing the space with friends--there was plenty of room for everyone! I look forward to returning again soon, we loved it!
