This property was perfectly situated for the needs of our family! We went out specifically to enjoy the Rose Bowl Game and festivities and the location was perfect.The property description,location, layout of the house, and amenities were as described. It was clean and well maintained. The Lanch family was a pleasure to work with from beginning until the end. Communication was great. We traveled with two families that included two 9 year olds, a teen, two couples and mother in law. Everyone had their own space. I was a bit taken aback that the master bedroom and the second bedroom were so close. However privacy was not an issue and it did not pose a problem.The personal touches of a welcome basket and notes left throughout the home was appreciated. The owners were very accomodating to the needs of our family, offering tips, and suggestions for activities. We visited downtown LA several times with ease. The Grove and even Disneyland were a cinch to get too as well. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative and rent it again for our family if the occasion arose.
