Great View and Location

The unit was exactly as depicted in the on-line photos. The owner was very helpful, prompt in returning calls and emails, and great to work with. This condo really was just steps to the beach. The property was well-maintained, the pool was clean, and the view was fabulous. The parking situation was also great, in that each unit had two spaces, and was under the unit, so the cars stayed COOL. The parking area also allowed for storage of bicycles, a kayak, fishing equipment, etc. There was a bit of confusion between the "official" information from the owner and VRBO, and the handwritten note from the maid regarding the laundry responsibility, but we went with the owner and VRBO's version. Basically, the maid wanted the renter to do all the laundry, and then make up the beds before we departed, rather than the stated instructions to just put the dirty linens in the washing machine. As noted, this was a very MINOR, and ONLY glitch. We'd love to rent again!
