Close by: Walmart Supercentre, Aldi, dollar tree, blockbuster rental and pharmacy stores are minutes away. A range of fast food including chinese, dominoe pizza, KFC, Mc Donalds and many more as well as restaurants such as Manny's steakhouse are only minutes away. Banks are also on the same complex as the shops, fast food and restaurants. 5 minutes away is a hospital and many other medical centres. Watersports such as Jet ski, boating and fishing can be done on the community lake (guests to provide/hire their own equipment for any watersports). Within a short distance are national parks with picnic areas and nature walks taking in the beauty of Florida and it's wildlife. Ideally situated minutes from the I4 which easily takes you to either of the beautiful coastlines. Clearwater is approximately an hour's drive while the space coast (Cocoa beach) is only approximately 45 minutes away. For the more adventurous approximately two hours drive will take you to Miami.
