A very nice apartment located by the seaside near the center of Reykjavik. Only few minutes walk downtown. Suits well for small groups and families.

Hot tub in the Terrace. Billiard table in a hobby room that is included. Internet access. Beding and towels are included. Quiet neighborhood. Mountain view.

The airport is located 45 minutes from the city center and is serviced regularly by the Flybus.

No pets - non smoking. Minimum rent is for three days.

My wife and I spent a week at the Reykjavik Guesthouse with our two teenage sons in August 2012. The house is beautiful and in a one of a kind location. You feel like you are in your own private oasis. Sunsets at 11:00 pm over the water were awesome. It is close enough to downtown to walk, but having a car is a bonus for the frequent trips in and out of downtown. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and the hot tub and pool table were a hit with our boys. Supermarket, bakery and convenience store are all nearby. Easy access to downtown and out to the country. Make sure to check out the house next door.

LOvely place to stay in Reykjavic

We stayed here for 3 nights (2 adults & children 12 & 14) and would recommend it to anyone - it is in a lovely quiet postion near the city centre with good views over the seafront. The garden is pretty with amazing views from the hot tub (all covered in snow while we were there). We all loved the hot tub and my sons spent hours on the pool table. The house is very cosy, clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The owners live next door and were very helpful.
