Our Spacious Waterfront Getaway Comes With A Private Boat Slip, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths. It is well furnished and has many amenities to make for a great vacation any time of the year. This location is ideal for Fun All year round.

Our 1000 square foot Lake Charlevoix Waterfront Condo has a great layout. It has a family room and a walkout to the water. There are (2) Two Bedrooms & 1.5 baths and can comfortably sleep 6 people. There is a private boat slip for your boat and conveniently located additional parking for your trailer or other toys like snowmobiles in the winter!

Our vacation retreat consists of two spacious levels. It is very well furnished and has all the creature comforts of home like a fully equipped kitchen.

On the Main Floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, living room, dining area and 8 x 20 balcony overlooking the lake with glass railings so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset sets.
About Laura

Have owned my own business since High School. I presently own three different businesses, Used Cars, Building custom Homes with my Husband, Visalus, and I am also a full time Realtor.

Why Laura chose East Jordan

We were given the opportunity to purchase the property in 2011, being that it is right on Lake Charlevoix and the view is spectaculor we just could not say no. I have been going to the area since I was a little girl, and given the opportunity to own a property in the area was exciting.

What makes this condo unique

Close to gambling, shopping, restaurants, the Mackinac Bridge is only 70 miles away. Great place to land and see the North.

Come and enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets and beautiful water in Northern Michigan. This condo is convenently located on the south arm considered by most to be the best area for Water Skiing, and Jet Skiing because the water is much calmer than on the Main area of the Lake.

We do offer a Boat Slip for you if you have your own boat that can accommodate a rather large boat. If you do not have a boat and you would like to rent one, just simply message us and we can give you the name of the marina that rents!!

This condo is a Brand New Unit that has been Tastefully Decorated, It does have many immenities including all of the comforts of home including, A fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful fireplace, and a tv with a dvd player for those nights you would like to just chill on the couch and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and a movie.
