Centrally located in the scenic Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, this luxurious masterpiece boasts four spacious bedrooms, three full-size baths, and parking for 6 vehicles. With ample room for guests, this beach home perfect rental for families and golf groups alike.

Pool can be heated to 85 degrees March-October for a fee of $75 a day. This will be negotiated when you book our home if this amenity is desired.

Latitude Adjustment comes complete with a cavalcade of convenient amenities, including a washer and dryer, complimentary WIFI, and 5 flatscreen CCTVs. The interior of the home is richly decorated with stylish furnishings and a cool coastal color scheme. The state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with gleaming granite counters, top-of-the-line stainless appliances, and ample cabinet space for everyone’s favorite beach snacks.

Are you looking for fun away from your rental? Less than a block away from Latitude Adjustment, you’ll find the warm sand of the beach. Soak up some sun in a comfortable lounge chair as you read the latest bestseller from your favorite author. Enjoy some quality time with your kids building intricate sandcastles worthy of royalty. Walk hand-in-hand down the beach with that certain special someone on a romantic sunset stroll down the beach. As the light of day gives way to a brilliant blanket of stars, return to Latitude Adjustment for a quick dip in the outdoor pool, that can be heated or chilled for a fee, before firing up the grill for a good old fashioned family barbecue.

Getting Around:
Guests fortunate enough to stay in this stunning beach haven will never be more than a few minutes away from many of the most popular attractions on the Grand Strand. Chart a course for adventure during an evening of high-flying, swashbuckling, family-friendly fun at the legendary Pirates Voyage Dinner Theater. Shop till you drop at the nearby Tanger Outlets. Sneak in a round of golf at one of the championship golf courses. Whether you are nine or ninety, the Grand Strand has something for everyone!

Other Things to Note:
Pool heat fee is $75 per day and will be required to be paid at the time of the booking (not available November-February).

Cleaning fee is $400 which includes linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash cloths.

Check-in hours during peak season will be between 3-7. As soon as the house has been cleaned you will be notified that it is ok to check in.

***Pets allowed only after owner approval. There is a pet fee that will be required to be paid before your check in date.***

We offer a Gas 6-Seater Golf Cart rental for $350/week. This will be added to after your booking. Drivers must be 18+ and follow all North Myrtle Beach Golf Cart Laws.

House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited; violation of this will result in eviction.
