Everything in this unit is top of the line, from the tasteful designer furnishings to the smallest gourmet cooking tool. The unit was completely renovated by an interior designer a few years ago. It has hardwood flooring downstairs, and lovely, top-quality carpeting upstairs. Stainless appliances, marble countertops.

Best location among the tennis villas: It boasts the best pool view in the complex, and is shielded from the tennis courts by a thick hedge. The unit is far enough removed from the tennis courts so that you just hear the gentle pluck of tennis balls, no more. The Santa Rosas encircle you here, turning purple or pink depending upon the time of dayCooling breezes waft through the living spaces when windows are open in the afternoon.

You're in the middle of the action, but peacefully situated.

About Janis Suznevich

We are a family of four and live in the Pacific Northwest. We have two daughters in college. My husband and I run a business and own some commercial real estate. We love to be active: bycycle riding, Harley riding, boating, fitness and working around the house. We love our little dog, Chloe, who often accompanies us on our travels.

Why Janis Suznevich chose La Quinta

We purchased this unit in December 2010 because we love coming to La Quinta and love hanging out at the La Quinta Resort and Club. The long Pacific Northwest winters start to get to us and we often need a sunbreak. We want to spend more time in our condo when our children are a bit older and more independent, but until that time we want to share it with you!

What makes this condo unique

We love being in the middle of the action of the La Quinta Resort and Club. The open fire pits at night and beautiful flowery courtyards are our favorites. The condo, though is tucked back away from the resort, but still close. So we have our privacy, but within steps can be at the resort. It's the best of both worlds!

When you stay here, you are perfectly situated to enjoy the local festivals that abound. Bob Hope Charity Golf Tournament in January, BNP Paribas Open and La Quinta Arts Festival in March, and Choachella and Stagecoach music festivals in April. Every Thursday night is the Village Fest street fair in Palm Springs, and Saturday and Sunday mornings feature the College of the Desert street fair. The La Quinta Hotel offers many special events, including Grooves in the Grove on four different Saturday nights in the spring. Visit the Thursday night art walk on El Paseo. At least five restaurants are within walking distance on the grounds of the hotel. Other world-class restaurants are just a short drive away.

Great place to stay!

My wife and i rented this unit for the weekend with another couple. I can say it was absolutely a fantastic place. Janis was extremely nice and accommodating. The unit was huge and was decorated beautifully. As a bonus the place had everything we could need. The location is perfect (right on the pool) and the grounds are immaculate. We will definitely be coming back soon!

You will not be disappointed! We have stayed at many VRBO's. This villa was the cleanest and well stocked of all we have stayed in. The kitchen has every utensil and cooking pan needed rather than odds and ends. Beautifully decorated. We will be back. Thanks Janis!

My friends and I came down to the La Quinta area from Washington state where it is so cloudy and rainy in the month of March. We we arrived at the villa, all of us were in awe of this gorgerous place!
Outside of the villa, the lawns are so beautifully manicured and inside...wow...the villa is spectacular! Big, roomy, very clean and very nicely decorated. The rooms had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked full of every appliance, flatware, cups everything!
We went to look at some others just to see and the villa we were staying in was far more up to date and decorated to the T!
I know that I can't wait to go back and I will definately rent this villa again and again!

This condo exceeded my expectations! It is decorated absolutely beatifully, it has a very designer look, something I wasn't expecting. I did actually visit other condos that were for sale in the same complex and the two I did see were just builder grade, no updates whatsoever. This condo just gave you the feeling of "getaway", it was very clean and I would highly recommend this to family and friends. I plan on visiting again next year!
