The remodeled bathroom has granite counter top. Travertine tile floors in kitchen and bath room.
The fully stocked kitchen has new cabinets, upgraded stainless appliances, and granite counter tops. Fully equipped kitchen, There is also a kitchen bar.
Inside laundry, Designer paint schemes, Private patio. Fully furnished and looks like a model home! It has wood Fireplace and entertainment cabinet, and all linens and towel. Near the pool, spa & BBQ.

Also, there are two indoor racquetball courts and an outdoor basketball, and sand volleyball court, and the property back-ups to hiking trails in Rose Canyon. There is also a dry sauna.
The condo is located in a very convenient area less than six miles from the stunning La Jolla coastline and the village of La Jolla, You are within walking distance from an outdoor shopping mall – Westfield UTC and from the newly redeveloped Nobel recreational center and library.
Easy freeway access to 805 North and South, yet wonderfully quiet. Only 4 minutes to La Jolla Village Square with Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Ralph's, Marshalls, Ross, Pier 1, World Market, Kinko's and many great restaurants.
Additional amenities within Lucera condo’s include wireless internet (WIFI), two tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi and outdoor patio. There are gas grills, outdoor furniture for lounging, and an exercise room.

The condo itself is our personal retreat (although it's close to everything, it's very quiet) and has been in my possession for one year now. During this time it has been completely renovated, and we continue to use it as our getaway home.

The condo feels cozy, yet is spacious with an 'indoor-outdoor' feel, and is suitable for children. The property is completely fenced, with gardens galore. The entire focus of my residence is of tranquility, relaxation, romance and laughter...
In addition to the amazing shopping and dining, the location is perfect for the outdoor activity enthusiast. You will find some of the world's most picturesque coastlines, fitness centers, nearby ocean activities also include sea kayaks, body board and surfboard rentals, diving, water-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, and too many other activities to list.
Within easy driving distances to all of the most popular San Diego attractions Take Highway 5 north to Del Mar and Legoland and the beautiful beaches. Go south to Old Town, Little Italy and very fun Gaslamp district downtown and PetCo Park for baseball. SeaWorld, Balboa Park and the Zoo, the Big Bay and Seaport Village are always fun and only 10 miles from here. Tijuana, Mexico, bullfights, horseracing, Del Mar County Fair, Balboa Park Museums Complex, or just relax and enjoy the amazing La Jolla sunset.
This location is simply the best in San Diego!!
Condo is beautiful and comfortable. Pools are nice. Property itself is in need of upgrading. Owner great to work with and very accommodating. Had a wonderful week. Oh, and the local grocery stores were amazing
Second year we have stayed on Andrews properties,very quiet neighborhood and good location to grocery stores,mall and interstate #5 and #805.Had a problem with locking the front door and Andrew responded right away to get someone over to change the battery.Its a nice getaway for two people and so close to all attractions in downtown San Diego.Can not wait till next summer to stay at Andrews condo,there is so mush to see in San Diego and Andrews properties makes me and my wife want to visit San Diego again next summer.Thanks again Andrew for supplying a nice condo to stay in.
I stayed here over 4th of july weekend with my husband and two children (ages 2 and 4). The condo is basic but very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Andrew was great to work with. He was so accessible. He was pretty much a text message away. Someone said it wasn't luxurious, and it wasn't, but for the price i don't know why you would expect a luxury condo. It is very cozy. The bed was also very very comfortable.
I do have one negative comment. It advertises a pull out couch that turns into a bed. I have seen many pull out sofas and this was not one. I guess, in theory it could be considered one, but it was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on. I wouldn't even allow my kids to sleep on it, so my husband slept on the regular couch and I slept on the bed with my two kids. No one slept on the "pull out sofa".
I would come back here but not with my kids for lack of sleeping space.
We would like to thank you Andrew, for sharing your condo with us and making our vacation so wonderful by letting us have such a great place to call "home" for 1 weeks. This wonderful place was perfect for our family of 3. We found the condo to be comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and the proximity to the community pool meant we visited them often. Hart
The property is advertised as luxurious - but it's not. It's okay. Location is very good, but the condo development itself seemed somewhat run down. Fitness centre is a joke, pools and hot tubs not clean (I think no one but Canadians would think of using them in February!) In the condo itself, cheap, ill-fitting bedding, terrible lighting, especially in the bathroom, and the fact that there was no place to put folded clothing in the bedroom (no dresser! - just a walk-in closet with no shelves!) contributed to our unhappiness with this rental.
To be fair - the kitchen was very well equipped; Andrew responded immediately to our phone call, apparently tried to purchase a dresser for us (we were there 6 days), and dropped off flowers/wine etc the night before we left as an apology. So if these deficiencies were addressed we would consider renting this unit again - mostly because of the location.
We stayed here for 2 weeks, unit very clean, comfortable, great location for us central to every thing we did in San Diego. Freeways very close easy to get to. UTC shopping center close and has everything you need. Andrew was a easy to get in touch with and handled any questions we had. Would stay their again.
