Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Reservation Deposit is 50% of rental fee.
  
  Balance of rental fee plus $200 security deposit, $100 cleaning fee is due 30 days before arrival.
  
  All fees must be paid by either cash, money order or check at designated times.
  
  Cancellations are accepted in writing more than 120 days prior to your scheduled stay without penalty. Cancellations within 120 days of your scheduled stay will result in loss of deposit paid. However, at owners discretion, a refund is possible if rental period is completely filled by another full price renter. A $250 service fee will be deducted.
  
  *Refund of the $200 Security Deposit will be mailed within one week of departure, dependent on our assessment of the homes condition and there is no damage or excessive cleaning to the property. Additional damage above the $200 will be billed to the renter within the same one week period.
• Changeover day is Saturday.
  Check in from 3:00PM – 9:00PM. Check out by 10:00AM.
  
  
  
  We have the pleasure of living here year-round in the main house and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. We are here to assist you if you need anything, right down to suggestions on things to do or dining. All we ask in return is that you treat our property as if it were your own and respect us and our neighbors with a quiet time of 10pm. We do have a strict NO SMOKING and NO PET POLICY. Thank you.
