We booked this apartment for a week and met a lot of shortcomings: the water tap in the kitchen is unusable, the lock of the bathroom was broken, the umbrella of the terrace was broken, one of the two beds was very uncomfortable because it lacks the wooden slats, one of the two lamps can only operate because there is no outlet. Do not put towels on the towel because it is not very strong, it is with double-sided. The table in the dining room is very unstable and not practical. For the pool and the gym: the water is salty, three sports equipment were down, the spa exudes a foul odor. I advise you to bring documents Madrid (city map, subway map, map of bus, taxi number, hospital, police, fire, etc. .....) because there is no information in the apartment. It was said in the announcement that the airport is 10 km, but in fact it is 27 km. It is also necessary to master Spanish as there are only Spanish channels. We were not satisfied with this apartment that does not deserve the prize. The pool only opens from 12:00 to 20:00, not 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. as shown in the ad.
Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour une semaine et avons rencontré beaucoup de défauts : le robinet d'eau de la cuisine est inutilisable, la serrure de la salle de bains était cassée, le parasol de la terrasse était cassé, un des deux lits supplémentaires était très inconfortable car il manque des lattes de bois, l'une des deux lampes de chevet ne peut fonctionner car il n'y a pas de prise électrique. Il ne faut pas mettre de serviettes sur le porte-serviettes car il n'est pas très solide, il tient avec du double-face. La table de la salle à manger est très instable et pas du tout pratique. Pour la piscine et la salle de sports : l'eau est salée, 3 appareils de sports étaient en panne, l'eau du spa dégage une mauvaise odeur. Je vous conseille de vous munir de documents sur Madrid (plan de la ville, plan du métro, plan des bus, numéro de taxi, hopital, police, pompiers, etc.....) car il n'y a aucune information dans l'appartement. Il était dit dans l'annonce que l'aéroport est à 10 km, mais en fait, il est à 27 km. Il faut aussi bien maîtriser l'espagnol car il n'y a que des chaines espagnoles. Nous n'avons pas été satisfaits de cet appartement qui ne mérite pas son prix. La piscine n'ouvre que de 12h00 à 20h00 et non de 8h00 à 20h00 comme indiqué dans l'annonce.

We want to express our surprise that it's only critizing our apartment without saying any positive issue.
Firstly the flat is about 20 min by taxi from Madrid airport as it is written in the web site.
The swiming pool is not wroten in the announcement, So the renter must be confused with the time for Spa and Sauna that is wroten from 8.00am to 20.00pm.
About the TV Channels we did not say that international Chanels were available at the apartment as long as most of our guests understand spanish, but we will consider this suggestion for the future in case most of our guests apply for it.
In relation to the opinion on the salt water of spa and pool, this is not correct just the personal taste of the guest.
Also the comment on the water tap in the kitchen , the lock of the bathroom, the umbrella of the terrace, the beds, the lamps, the table aré true as they had a little problems in the previous check-out, and they have already been reparaired.
Also we leave little tourist information magazine but not exhausted detailes of Madrid tourist areas that are always available upon request.
It is not fair to complain after check-out or after leaving any rating if for any reason the guest was not happy with our service or ítem, in order to give us the opportunity to resolve any issue that occurred during his stay by calling the owner as we leave our cell phone for any need or emergency call available from the renter during 24 hours. Also the security staff were present 24 hours at the entrance of the building so it is necessary to notice that the guest didn't use both of these services for unknown reasons to complain afterwards.
The price was fixed and known from the guest before his check-in and suitable for 3 people in a high season period at Madrid, so we only can regret the guest was unable to enjoy his stay regardless to the flat itself and its owners, as it can be understood easily.
Finally we rent this flat since 2006 and we have 99% of very satisfied customers as long as many renters return back to our apartment full satisfied with the flat as a higher standar quality lodgment for people that like to stay in a área of the capital away from the hustle and the bluster with high security level and price proportional to all of it.
