ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT with views to Sydney Harbour
WATERFRONT retreat on tranquil Careening Cove in Sydney Harbour. This apartment is very comfortable, bright and clean and tastefully furnished. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet neighbourhood with charm and character. Enjoy the nearby small village of Kirribilli and Milsons Point with North Sydney CBD also a short distance away.
This apartment is newly refurbished in an older style 3 storey building of 12 units. There is a flight of stairs with a hand rail from street level to access the apartment.
A car is not necessary during your stay as the ferry is just outside your door and the bus and train are only 10 minutes walk away.
If feeling adventurous, why not take a walk over the harbour bridge to the city and the ferry back. Bridge climbs are also a popular activity.
The Bedroom consists of a new Queen bed and large built in wardrobe. There are double blinds on the windows which open and lock for your privacy.
The bathroom is clean and bright with a shower only. There is a hairdryer available for use and a combination Washer/Dryer in the bathroom cupboard.
The study is a comfortable bright room to relax in with some water views, and a desk provides a place for your laptop or to catch up on some work.
The lounge/living room and dining room are open plan with great views of Careening Cove and Sydney Harbour. The night lights across the water are stunning.
The boutique village of Kirribilli has many specialist shops, cafes and restaurants and is a short 10-15 minute scenic walk from the apartment.
For your entertainment there is a modern smart TV, Ipod/Android docking station for listening to your favourite music or podcasts. Some games and magazines are also provided for your pleasure.

After a big day out, relax in the back yard (common) and enjoy the scenery and harbour views with a glass of wine or cup of tea before heading to Kirribilli or Circular Quay. Both of these locations are popular for cafes, restaurants and bars.
There is a clothesline on the side of the building for your use.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including oven/microwave combo, 2 gas burners and dishwasher. The fridge and freezer are a good size with an ice maker in the freezer.
A stove top espresso coffee maker and plunger are available with coffee and tea provided for your arrival.
There are some basic condiments in the apartment for your use.
There is no air conditioner in this apartment. Windows can be opened allowing a nice sea breeze inside. A portable fan is provided as well as a portable heater in the cooler months.
This is generally a quiet street with no highway or bridge traffic noise. However, at times there may be building maintenance work or construction/renovation work taking place on the street which is beyond our control.
Overall you will find this apartment very comfortable and you can't beat this lovely waterfront location!
