Aloha and Welcome to our little piece of Paradise.

(We do NOT advertise on Craigslist) The Whaler has long been considered a premier luxury beachfront property on Maui's Ka'anapali Beach. Stroll down the boardwalk to Whaler's Village located next door, where you will find a number of award winning restaurants and upscale shopping for your enjoyment. Enjoy a Mai Tai while watching the Maui sunset or listen to live Hawaiian music while dining under the stars.

HOUSEKEEPING - All linens are provided.

Housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION - A deposit of 50% of the total rental is due immediately after reservations are made. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The condo association firmly enforces the Hawaii's non-smoking law and violation will result in forfeiture of deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will be completely refunded, less $100 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival but at least 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 3 night minimum charge. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, refunds will be made only for those nights that have been re-rented, less $100 processing fee. We highly recommend 'trip-cancellation' insurance for unforseen circumstances.

We had a fantastic time. We could watch the whales from the spacious Lanai. Close to great restaurants and a short walk to Black Rock and great snorkeling. Would definitely reccomend this condo.

Primo Location, Very Good owner

There were no surprises, the description on the site was accurate, and the owner did his best leading up to the stay and during the stay to be accomodating and answer questions. The best parts about this condo was it slept the 4 of us (parents, two teenage boys) with privacy for the parents. Kids slept in the living room on a pullout, which was just fine. Having two bathrooms was a major plus, and the lanai was very large and we enjoyed sitting out there for breakfast or coffee. For those familiar with the area, my personal opinion is this is the best location on Kaanapali beach - close to Black Rock and right next to the conveniences of Whalers Village. Owner was very good, and the cleaning staff he put us in contact with were outstanding. The finishings are a bit dated, but most certainly clean, well kept, and servicable. Two new flat screen TVs and one of them we were able to get Netflix on (perhaps both were possible, but never put the effort in beyond using one - priority in Maui certainly wasn't watching TV, but a nice to have at the end of the evening for the boys). We didn't really prepare too many meals in the Condo, but did make breakfast everyday. May seem like a silly thing to comment on, but the pots/pans/utensils were very well stocked if that's important to someone looking to make meals on their own. The BBQ's at the condo were fabulous and the times we used them did not have a line-up. We found the Maui Fish Market (maybe a 5 minute drive at most - Lower Honoapiilani Hwy) had the freshest local seafood we could find (Tuna, Ona, Mahi Mahi), if that is of interest.

Ultimate question is would we stay here again or recommend to friends, and for myself and family our answer would be "yes, if we can get it". If I couldn't get this specific condo, I would try to get something in the Whaler.

Clean but needs updating.

Very nice and very clean place, but, very dated so do not expect it to feel shiny and new. Exceptionally large deck for a condo, comfy bed, beautiful grounds and beach. I had a hard time reaching the owner by phone as the message service was full and could not accept any messages.
