Fun Family Time Back at the Lake (Hemlock/Saginaw, MI)

Our family knew our week was going to be a great one when we arrived at the cottage in Hubbard Lake and we received it spotless inside/out. There were no surprises with any of the accommodations and amenities. Our priorities were Cleanliness, Air Conditioning due to family allergies, and a Washer/Dryer on site. These priorities were met and our expectations and needs were exceeded. We are a first time renter for this property and we cannot wait to return again. The challenge will undoubtedly be availability since we know others will have the same experience as we did; thus, making the property a high demand. We love the winter and know the location could be a great cross country ski and ice fishing destination, as well, so maybe that's how we'll our preferred timing. Thank you for a great week at Hubbard Lake- swimming, boating, fishing, tubing, catching up with family and old friends, and resting with our kids ahead of a busy Fall.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I have been coming up to this cabin for 7 years now. We have brought family and friends. Always a good time!!! The cabin (authentic log cabin) is,charming, clean, and has everything we need. The landlord is more then accomodating with requests if needed. We are steps from the lake, walk onto the dock, and hop onto our boat, for an adventure on the beautiful Hubbard Lake! The boat lift is a great perk, that protects my husbands pride and joy (his vintage boat). Hubbard Lake is a great place to come to get away, and our little secret!

Fun times, great cottage, gorgeous lake

We have been renting this property for over 10 years and can't wait to return each summer. After the first few years one week was not enough so be began renting for 2 weeks. The owner is wonderful and has always been accommodating. The area is quiet and beautiful. We have recommended this property to friends who rent a nearby cottage from the same owner each of the two weeks of our stay. The cottage is well maintained with improvements each year.
