Island Style Beach House Steps from the Sand

Thank you Todd for letting us book a last minute family trip!! We could not have asked for a better week to visit San Diego, the weather was perfect. And, as far as the house goes...it was amazing! I was a bit nervous with the layout with 3 kids, but it worked great for us. Very clean, everything in working order, and the "extra" beach toys were a plus. Kids boogie boarded every day! Great location within walking distance to beach or bay, restaurants, and grocery store. When it was time to go home, the kids wanted this to be their new home! Oh, and the neighbors were super nice. Thanks for working with us on such short notice. Will definitely come back the next time we are in San Diego as well as recommend to friends. Thanks!!

We came with a group of ladies for a low key bachelorette weekend - the kitchen was AMAZING. The appliances were all state of the art, and withe the large table and open floor plan, it was GREAT for entertaining. Each of the rooms had additional roll away beds, that were extremely comfortable! The house is beautifully decorated, and has unbeatable views of the bay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! The other great part is that it is walking distance to Pacific Beach, which was much appreciated when we wanted to go out and celebrate. I have lived at the beach in San Diego for 3 years, and this is by far the most beautiful home I've been in! Lastly, being right by the boardwalk is great for biking or going for a morning jog. You just can't beat the location!

This house was perfect for hosting my sister's bridal shower weekend. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the bay, ocean, restaurants, bars, etc. The decor is modern but still has a laid back beach. The kitchen was very nice and spacious with new appliances. All the bathrooms had modern fixtures. Almost everything in the house was good quality. We loved all of the patio and desk space, and there is a great view of the bay from the top floor. The house was clean and in good condition. There were ample parking spots reserved for the house.

The owner was helpful in answering questions and was easy to work with.

Several con's: It was difficult to park due to the narrow alley (we had to move trash cans every time we wanted to park). It was a very warm weekend and the AC was locked, so the house was like a sauna when we arrived, but once we opened up all the windows it wasn't too bad (the weekend we stayed was unusually hot for San Diego). The house is very bright, so it also made it hard to sleep in. However, these things are very minor and did not detract from our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to others. It is a great deal for sleeping 16 people!
