Beautiful architecturally significant Spanish/Mediterranean home with large private gardens in Montclair District in the Oakland hills, with filtered views of the SF bay. Interior of home featured in design magazine. Only 30 minutes to SF by car, 15 minutes to BART and University of California, Berkeley. Numerous gourmet restaurants nearby in Oakland and Berkeley. Five minutes to East Bay Regional Park trails for walking and running.
There are hardwood floors in the living room and family room with area rugs and both rooms have filtered views. The kitchen is updated, clean and fully equipped and looks out over a large garden with patio furniture for outdoor dining and enjoying the sun. There is a breakfast table in one end of the kitchen that seats six. Farmer's markets are nearby on Saturdays and Sundays with local fruits and vegetables and prepared foods. Also, many specialty food markets are nearby for supplies and take out foods.
On the same floor is an office with wi-fi and space for a single rollaway if needed, with adjacent bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
On the third level are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, hardwood floors and master bathroom with oversize bathtub and shower. All bedrooms look out over the woods and also have filtered views of the bay. All closets and dressers are available for use.
Bedrooms two and three have hardwood floors and one has a queen bed and the other has a single day bed and a twin bed.
Our home would be perfect for two couples or one family. We will be traveling but we have someone down the street who will be available to deal with questions, problems or directions to the numerous sights. Home comes furnished with all of the amenities.

Also, tremendous alternatives for excellent food in the area in Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco, either takeout or dining. We also enjoy the use of our deck and patio for outdoor dining, overlooking a large garden.
