Truly a little peice of paradise
My family stayed here for the weekend 9/30/11-10/2/11. We had the most wonderful time. The house was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the loft area. We cought fish and crab in the canal and took the dogs and kids across to the beach. If you plan on fishing at night I would bring a spot light for the boathouse, there are lights up under the house but several of them are out. The neighbor was extremely nice and he let us use his dock/fishing area at night with the lights. Also if you like to eat outside and play games outside as we do I would bring another fold out table or 2. there are plenty of chairs and hammocks but we could only find one small table for the deck underneath the house.We couldnt find a trash can for the outside as well so had to use trash bags instead. I do not have much negative to say about this place. You get the best of both worlds, the bay to fish in and the beach as well which you have views of both from the top deck. The only negative for us is that a weekend is way to short, we did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure. Thank you soo much for sharing your home with us. It truly is a little peice of paradise!!!!
