3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, sleeps 6 comfortably

Ideally situated for children, 600 ft from seven miles of sunny beach and 400 ft from the mouth of the Saco river. Take your kids to the beach or river to play and don't worry about getting home for lunch or using the bathroom, it's a two minute walk from either location. With three restaurants and lobster available on most every corner you're sure to satisfy your Maine appetite. Kayak rentals to navigate the Saco river at sunset are located 1 minute down the street. Funtown/Splashtown are nearby as well as movie theatres, mini golf and an amusement park at Old Orchard beach about 3 miles away. With our brand new kitchen (granite counters) updated in Aug 2010, recently updated bathroom (last three years or so) you'll love cooking up some lobsters under the sky light. This smoke and pet free cottage is great for those with allergies. Enjoy a cocktail before dinner or cook some burgers on the gas grill on our screened in porch. Take a nap in the hammock afterward or read your book.
