MOST JOY AND VIEW IN THIS JUST REMODELED CHARMING EARTHY CONDO

We had a last minute opportunity come up to take a short trip for Fathers Day and found this condo on the website. Everything went smoothly from the first email. We arrived late on Friday evening and it was so nice...it was like coming home! We enjoyed a late dinner, sat out on the balcony and listened to the waves. The beds were comfortable, even the bunk beds (the term "bunk beds" is a little misleading in this case...these are built ins and were big enough that our girls kept their bags at the foot of the bed and still had plenty of room!) Our oldest child is 5'11 and they were very comfortable in the bunks. The bed in the master was quite comfortable. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and I was able to get in with no problem. We had breakfast there and enjoyed the sunrise on the balcony. There is no direct beach access, but we knew that already and it was not an issue. We are very familiar with the island, but for those who are not it is in a great location. Moody Gardens is close as well as the flight museum and Schlitterbahn. Beach access is close as well as Walmart and grocery stores. Security was constantly roaming, we saw them every time we arrived after dark. They even stopped once to ask my husband if he needed assistance with my wheelchair and helping me out of the truck. Everyone was very nice on the property. We did not get to use the pools while we were there but we did see them and see people at the pools. They were very pretty and were not crowded. The grounds themselves were very nice and well kept. Even though it was full we did not hear any noises from neighbors or music at all. Usually at hotels you hear all kinds of things thru the walls and in hallways. We really enjoyed our visit and plan to stay here again. It was cheaper than a hotel for what we needed and I much prefer the "homier" atmosphere. I would recommend this property for anyone, especially those looking for a nice quiet relaxing time!
