LOCATED ON 50 ACRE RANCH W/WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BLANCO RIVER

Owner's Response: We are open 7 days a week and are available for a guest to contact us to address the issues listed in this property review. Many of our property owners do not decorate for Christmas or any other holidays. Not all owners provide firewood at their properties (the ones that do provide firewood it is listed in the amenities) but it is available in town at several locations and we can direct guests to these locations if the guest contacts us. There should have been a DVD player at this property and there is now. We have them at our office and a guest can call us and we will deliver one to the property. This property has satellite TV and prior guests did not indicate any problems, we are happy to contact the satellite company to schedule service if the guest contacts us and make us aware of the problem. The problem is now fixed. Sometimes utensil items disappear from previous rentals and again we have staff on duty 7 days a week that are happy to deliver anything a guest needs if the guest contacts us. We are taking a thorough inventory of this property and stocking the items mentioned. Our maintenance man has fixed the dishwasher, we were not aware it was not attached until this review. This particular property has many back to back bookings due to the swimming pool, child friendly atmosphere, close proximity to the river and the low cost for the number of guests that it can accommodate. We have made every effort to make sure future guests do not have these issues, but if there is an issue we hope the guest will call us and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue. The reason we have staff on duty 7 days a week is to provide the best possible service to our guests.
