2 Bedrooms King, twin & bonus is 2 twin platform beds (children) 2 bathrooms

All is new and fresh and furnished in a Nantucket style, and all on one floor. The house is a mile from Hardings Beach. Just over a mile to Ridgevale and Cockle Cove and downtown Chatham with is unique shops, wonderful restaurants, library, and churches. The bicycle path is two minutes away. There is a large master bedroom with a king sized bed. It has is own morning coffee porch. The guest room has twin beds and the bonus room has two twin beds. The sunroom is fabulous, three sides of glass, comfortable patio furniture and glass dining table. Perfect place to relax and read or move out to deck and enjoy sun or shade, lovely trees and lots of birds. Private back yard where there is an outdoor shower (hot & cold) We have added room air conditioners in Living room and Master bedroom and a small Vermont Castings gas fireplace in living room for chilly evenings.

Off season months : Off season months in Chatham are lovely too. Wonderful walking and biking. Many days are brilliant sun and others are rain. . Whatever the weather, the house is warm and snug and nothing nicer that to read or watch movies or TV in the evenings by the Vermont Castings gas stove. The sunroom is a lovely place to relax, so sunny and warm even on a windy chilly day.

We just got back from our week in Chatham at this wonderful home. We had such a great week. The house is perfect for a beach vacation! We were so close to all that Chatham has to offer. Beaches, shops, food, bike paths. Great neighborhood--safe and quiet. The dog next door barks every once in awhile. Nothing to worry about. Outdoor shower was so refreshing! Laundry room so helpful. Well equipped with all linens, appliances, cleaning supplies, anything you need. Nothing was overlooked. Very clean home. 2 fans were great for bringing in the breeze at night. Bunnies and many birds visited us all week long. We totally recommend this home!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
