The master bedroom has a memory foam king size mattress, the second bedroom has two twin size beds, the den can accommodate kids/adults with a queen Futon fold-out Bed. Fully furnished with beachy theme you'll truly relax with your feet up enjoying tropical beverages as the kids enjoy the fenced back yard for games.

About The Owner

As a local real estate agent, I wanted to offer personal attention in this cottage to travelers to our beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast. I purchased this property in 2010 and totally renovated the interior. My two best friends, Bella, a 2 year old wired fox terrier loves playing in the back yard with the squirrels, my 3 year old Maxie, a Havenese, loves to watch Bella and play chase with her. I think you will find this a very relaxing experience and one you will want to revisit over and over again.

Why The Owner chose Biloxi

I chose this location because of its easy access to Hwy 90, just 1 1/2 blocks, and your on the east/west corridor that takes you from Ocean Springs to Bay St. Louis. Casinos and Restaurants are within 3 miles, the 21 miles of beachfront driving is a beautiful way to see the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Also enjoyable is walking to the beach, which has plenty of parking and watching incredible sunsets with cool ocean breezes. I am a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast and enjoy all it has to offer. A boat can take you to Ship Island to enjoy the beach and surf from Biloxi, all casinos have buffets where you enjoy crab legs and southern delights. Or enjoy fine dining at our many venues and especially our older historic restaurants. Ocean Springs is just 7 miles from the cottage where you will enjoy walking by outdoor eateries, shopping for that special outfit, or that special gift to take back home. And don't forget the souvenir shops where you will find those T-shirts everyone ask you to bring back. Visit New Orleans 1 1/2 hr away, or historic Mobile, 1 hr away.

Take a fitness walk along the beach boardwalk, don't forget to visit our local shrimping boats at the harbor for fresh seafood you can prepare in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy eating on the screened front porch. This cottage was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I along with another couple traveled for a couple's beach weekend getaway and the location and size of the cottage was perfect. We enjoyed the coziness and privacy of the backyard for evenings. Fully equipped with everything we needed and Janie was always so helpful. The beach was just a block away and had a booth for renting jet skis, paddle boats and lounge chairs. Several seafood restaurants were just a drive away as well as the most popular casinos. Will definitely stay here again!!

The little cottage was exactly what we had hoped for, close to the beach (5 min. walk) and in a safe neighborhood. The house was well equiped and furnished very comfortably. There were a few small details needing attention but overall an enjoyable stay.

This was the perfect cottage for our small family of three. We especially enjoyed the screen-in porch. We could sit out and relax in private. The cottage was clean and well kept. We just enjoyed having a home away from home without the hussle and bussle of a hotel. The property owner was wonderful!

We were literally about a block from the beach (which we visited every day) and several restaurants. The best thing is that you could cook your own meals either in the kitchen or on the large grill in the backyard. She just made you feel welcome!

We will most definitely recommend this cottage to others. It is just wonderful!

This cottage was perfect for my family's vacation. We watched the Fourth of July fireworks were amazing from the beach. This cottage is comfortable and roomy. The owner accurately described this listing and is very helpful. It is a short walk to the beach and centrally located between attractions in Gulfport and Biloxi. The go carts, putt-putt golf, bumper cars, and waterslide.are a couple Blocks away. Snappers is a great restaurant and within walking distance. We will definitely go back.

What a wonderful 9 days we had at the this beautiful & charming home in Biloxi. Without a doubt, this is the most comfortable place we've stayed on our many travel ventures. It was all that was advertised and more. From the screened-in porch, the comfortable beds to the spacious kitchen. We wanted for nothing. Very highly recommended...can't beat the very fair price either. Our pet's loved it as well!!!
