Hi. I'm an enthusiastic restorer of beautiful old homes and fell in love with this charming turn of the century Dutch Colonial. After 6 years of restoration I find I'm away from home more and more for extended business trips or visiting relatives.
Location, location, location. Situated 2 blocks from Smith College campus, this home offers the best of vibrant Northampton within walking distance in any direction, while being nestled into a mature quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and sidewalks.
If outdoor living space is your thing, you'll love the covered front porch with rocking chairs and bistro set, as well as the furnished backyard garden and patio with 45' waterfall, gas BBQ, gas fire-pit.
