This historic building, the long time home of the privately held Bar Harbor Water Company was built in 1850 and lies at the southernmost edge of the downtown where it has great views of Acadia National Park's Cadillac and Dorr Mountains.
This prime location is ideal for large families as it has a spacious floor plan and is located near the public ball fields, YMCA, and Park Street playground which provides ample outdoor areas to play during the vacation downtime.
From the front porch there is a quick stroll (less than 2 minutes walking) to 2 great restaurants and a very unique and delightful ice cream parlor.
