And, if you are here for business you can easily walk to most of the major downtown companies, and you are less than a mile from Mopac and I-35.

We're a young family who lives in the Austin area. This is a vacation property that we bought to enjoy using ourselves and to share with people looking to enjoy all the fun that Austin has to offer. We love all of the great food and fun things to do in downtown Austin. The condo is a brand new development (finished Spring 2013) and has a very modern but comfortable feel. The convenient location makes it a great place to stay for anyone who wants to experience all that Austin has to offer. Situated at 9th and West the condo is within easy walking distance to many of Austin's most famous and eclectic locales. The flagship Whole Foods market (like no other grocery store you've ever been to), Waterloo Records, the upscale West 6th Street corridor, Lady Bird Lake and trail as well as many great restaurants and bars including Hut's Hamburgers, Frank & Angie's Pizzeria, The Tavern, Bess Bistro, Ranch 616, Star Bar, J. Black's and The Dogwood (and many more).
