4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 9)

There is plenty of living space in this clean classic beach cottage. It is about a 90-second walk to Hampton's beautiful beach. A nice walk to the Casino and the shows at the Hatch Shell. We are located on Ocean Blvd; 1/2 block to the Beach!

his property contains 2 single family cottages. This single family cottage has an open living concept. The first floor an eat-in kitchen, 2 full baths,tv room and very comfy living room and bedroom #1 which has 1 twin bed ; on the second floor, bedroom #2 has 2 full sized beds, bedroom #3 has 1 full sized bed and bedroom #4 has two twin beds. This cottage will sleep 9. Please bring linens and your favorite pillow. The cottage is very clean.

The kitchen is complete (except for dishwasher) with full-sized appliances. Conveniences include: window air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet and a washer and dryer.

There is a gas grill in the backyard. Room for 2 cars off-street parking

Hey Brian, no sweat. I tried posting the review below, but it wants me to join facebook. So just copy and paste it up if you want. I don't do facebook. Joe.

The owner, Brian, was very helpful and made sure we had a good experience. It is super close to the water, and shops, and some fun gambling at Ocean Gaming. We were also able to take in a concert at the Casino Ballroom, a music venue within walking distance. We have rented at numerous places at Hampton Beach over the years, and this one was our favorite. Make sure you try Christy's Pizza, and the Ocean Wok Chinese restaurant, all good. Stacey Jane's (karaoke) and Millies are great bars. Try the Sea Ketch upper decks in the nicer months. So all in all, we were happy. We would come back again. Thanks Brian.

Very Happy and pleasent vacation.

I was staying the last week in june with my family and we could not have asked for a better , cleaner house. The walk to the beach is 150 walking steps. The landlord , Brian was very accomadating with anything we needed. Great place for children. Outdoor porch and washer and dryer a plus. Definetly want to come back.
