Our typical Black Forest working farmhouse is situated in one of the most beautiful spots of the village of Ibach, right next to the forest in a sunny and quiet location away from busy roads. We are at an altitude of 1015 m (3140 ft) with views down the open highland valley of Ibach. During clear weather you can see the breathtaking panorama of the Swiss, French and Austrian Alps - peaks such as Mont Blanc and the famous trio of Eiger North Face, Moench and Jungfrau to name but a few. We have got cows with calves and for children small animals like rabbits, goats, ducks and cats to look at. Your children will have direct experience of farming-life. The relaxing apartment is very roomy and well furrnished. Our apartment has been awarded three stars *** by the German Tourist Association. During your stay at our farm you have use of the lawn with a nice children playground. You have direct access to the wide ranging hiking trails around Ibach, in summer und winter.

For many people Ibach is one of the most beautiful highland valleys of the Black Forest and it is situated between the spa town of Todtmoos and St. Blasien at the altitude of 950 - 1200 m ( 2950 - 3700 ft ). Ibach is characterised by its unique and unspoilt nature and is host to many rare plants and animals. The small valley has about 420 inhabitants. You can go shopping in St. Blasien and Todtmoos and you also have the chance to go by bus and train with your guest-card free (Konus-Gästekarte). In the surrounding region you can go to swim, to concerts and many other leisure-time activities.

Nordic-Walking: If you like you can test the new sport of Nordic - Walking. This type of sport comes from Finland, but is also very popular now in Germany. You walk like nordic skiing with two sticks. It´s very good for almost all muscles of the body. Our own Nordic-Walking trainer can show you how to do this sport. The necessary sticks you can lean in our house.

Mountain-biking and hiking: Ibach is a very fine area to do the sport of mountain-biking and hiking. There are a lot of serveral ways and different difficulties to do. There are also cards you can look and take with you on your walk.

Ski: Ibach has a lot of different activities in wintertime. You can use the nice, new signed slopes around the Ibach valley or you can ski at our lovely skilift with the whole familiy. Or you can have a nice walk in wintertime over the well done ways through the snow. If you want to learn to ski, the ski club of Ibach has different dates to educate you. Ideal für Familien mit Kinder

Wir haben die Fewo über Internet gebucht. Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung/Lage war sehr gut. Wir waren alle ganz begeistert von der Ferienwohnung, besonders von der Lage, so mitten in der wunderschönen Natur. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, preiswert und optimal für Familien mit Kinder. Unsere Kinder haben den Stall, Tiere und die abendliche Fütterung besonders angetan. Da wir im Winter dort waren, hatten die Kinder soviel Spaß im Schnee, der zu unser Glück mehr als genug gefallen war, gehabt. Wir konnten vieles machen, ob Schlittenfahren, Eislaufen, Schwimmen, Wandern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute und gaben uns viele gute Informationen und Angebote. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, auch im Sommer.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub!

Wir haben mit unserem 2-jährigen Sohn 4 Tage über Ostern auf dem Bauernhof verbracht und hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit.
Gerade mit kleinen Kindern ist die Umgebung optimal, da man vom Hof aus sofort in der Natur ist. Ausserden gibt es auf dem Hof selber vieles zu entdecken (Kuhstall, Katzen, Enten, Rutsche). Auch die Ferienwohnung ist kindgerecht ausgestattet (Kinderbett, Wickeltisch).
Wir wurden äusserst freundlich empfangen und die Vermieter stehen für Informationen jeder Art gerne zur Verfügung.
Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt und wir werden sicher noch einmal einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Einfach klasse!!!

Der Hof hält alles, was er im Inserat verspricht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz und eignet sich für einen Aufenthalt mit mehreren Kindern. Außerdem ist sie ganz im typischen Schwarzwaldstil sehr gemütlich.

Die Vermieter-Familie war sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar und total freundlich. Egal ob Ausflugstipps oder Fragen rund ums Landleben - alles wurde jederzeit und ausführlich beantwortet. Außerdem liegen umfangreiche Ordner mit Prospektmaterial und Tips zu Freizeitunternehmungen bereit.

Die Gegend bietet Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und abwechslungsreiche Unternehmungen für einen längeren Urlaub. Langweilen kann man sich hier nicht.

Frisch ab Hof kann man frische Milch und Fleisch kaufen, für den Rest muß man ins 6 km entfernte St. Blasien.

Ich habe mit meiner Familie ein paar wunderschöne, abwechslunsreiche und erholsame Tage hier verbracht. Vielen Dank und allen anderen ebenfalls viel Spaß!!!

So entspannend!

Viel Platz - in der Wohnung, auf dem Balkon, draußen, schon allein das trägt viel dazu bei, einen entspannten Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern zu verbringen. In der Wohnung fanden wir viele nette, praktische Ideen, z.B. einen Wassersprudler, Römertopf, Wok, Nudelholz und viele andere nützliche Dinge in der Küche, Stofftaschen für den Einkauf, viele Prospekte über das Umland, Kinderbücher, Puzzles. Sehr angenehm!
Unsere dreieinhalbjährige fand "einfach alles" schön, sie mochte die Schaukel, den Sandkasten, die Spielsachen, Kühe, Ziegen, junge Hasen. Der einjährige war begeistert von den Ziegen.

Die Umgebung ist wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen!

sehr gut für Familien

Ich habe schon sehr oft meinen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Schon als kleines Kind habe ich dort viele Abenteuer erlebt und selbst als Erwachsene komme ich immer gerne wieder und irgendwann mal mit meinen eigenen Kindern. Die Gastgeber Familie ist super Lieb, Kinderfreundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch wenn ich erst im Juni wieder dort bin, freue ich mich jetzt schon wieder da zu sein.
