Bedrooms each have individual stereo systems with iPod docking stations, individual climate controls for the central air-conditioning, high-definition flat-screen televisions with DVD players, high-speed wireless internet throughout, and in-room safes to store valuable personal items.

In the heart of South Maui, at the foot of towering Haleakala Volcano and overlooking inviting Hawaiian sunsets that reflect off of radiant blue waters, this private luxury penthouse provides privacy, comfort and elegant style that is second to none.

You will be greeted by a concierge, who will introduce you to your home away from home and instruct you on using your own individualized code in our keyless, secure door system. As you enter, admire the twenty-foot cathedral ceilings, accented with African Mahogany rafters and nine-foot solid Mahogany doorways. Notice the open kitchen, with Silestone countertops and travertine back-splashes, featuring dual islands and stainless steel appliances. Common areas are luxuriously comfortable and tastefully decorated, providing you with high-end sound systems and entertainment centers, two full-size fridges, a wine fridge, beer/beverage fridge, wet-bar and independent ice-machine for your leisure.

AMAZING RENTAL

The Penthouse was all it advertised and more. Beginning with a spectacular view, the experience is enhanced by retractable glass walls that bring the fresh ocean breeze into the living room. This high-end rental is well taken care of, well stocked, and centrally located to numerous restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the paddle board and sea kayaks amenities. We saw numerous sea turtles on our ocean adventures. Located right on the beach, this rental provides easy access to what feels like a private beach. We will certainly be back to enjoy this gem again.

WE CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay on Maui! The condo was extremely clean and quiet. We didn't believe anyone else was in the building because it was so quiet. The beach was right there and you could walk to so many places. There was plenty of room for a family not to be on top of each other. The sunset views from the lanai every night were incredible. We cannot wait to go back!

ONE OF A KIND TREASURE IN THE HEART OF SOUTH MAUI.

My family really enjoyed our time at your town home in the Penthouse. It was exactly as we hoped it would be and did not disappoint in any way. Tasteful, spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities. It was so nice to have all that space to spread out. The beds in particular were very comfortable and we all slept so well. We made quite a few meals and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. I like to cook, so that was important to me. I must say, everything was convenient and well thought out. You have obviously paid great attention to detail and quality.

We really appreciated being met by a member of your staff who showed us around and was also available via text or phone when required (only once as it turned out regarding the A/C - issue was resolved without delay once we properly closed the doors to the lanai).
The overall location in Kihei was also a good choice for us. It was quiet and restful, but also close to many good restaurants. That said, it was a relatively short drive to Lahaina or the airport.
If it isn't already patently clear based on my comments thus far, I highly recommend your property as a vacation rental. We particularly loved being so close to the beach. I would have full confidence in recommending this property to anyone. We are rebooking for next year as soon as we have the dates!!
