600 square foot corner terrace wraps around condo so you can see the ocean and the bay - excellent for sunrise and sunset views. The building has gated parking a swimming pool, hot tub, and work out room.

Located approx. 10 miles south of Vero beach and a short causeway to the town of Fort Pierce. Plenty of restaurants, watering holes and shopping nearby.

Why the Owner Chose Sands on the Ocean: Pristine beaches, not crowded, can walk for miles. Adjacent to state park land. Nice restaurants in the area. Marina and farmers market on the weekends.
