The stunning Blue Wave House sits oceanfront on extraordinary Pipeline Beach, one of the most desirable beach destinations in the world.
The home itself is a spectacular example of island style balanced perfectly with high end luxury and modern conveniences. Entering the home through the exquisite Indonesian temple doors, you will find that the unique wave design of the house immediately inspires a sense of serenity. This impression is enriched by unparalleled ocean views and the enchanting sound of waves that permeate the house. The living room features pocket doors that open the house completely to the unobstructed beach views beyond. The dining room, kitchen, lounge/study and both master bedroom suites also enjoy the extraordinary ocean views. Each bedroom of the home has been beautifully decorated according to its own unique theme, and the lounge/study has a 60" HD TV for evening entertainment after you have watched the sun set. Other house features include a gourmet kitchen, Indonesian furnishings, jacuzzi tub, rain shower, large lanai and balcony areas, both a gas and BBQ grill, alarm system and off street parking.
You step outside and are greeted by a spacious and lush ocean front yard complete with coconut palm trees and plenty of comfortable seating options. Although the property is directly oceanfront the tropical landscaping creates a secure and private oasis. At the bottom of the stairs your toes will sink into the sugary sand of Pipeline, which stretches on for miles. Some of the most beautiful sights Hawaii has to offer are located at your doorstep, and in the calmer spring and summer months snorkeling, scuba, jet ski, swimming, and sun bathing are heaven like. During the big wave season in winter you will be able to watch the most elite surfers in the world ride the famous Banzai Pipeline.
Blue Wave is located on a private road 1.5 miles from beloved Ted's Bakery, and many delicious shrimp trucks and fresh fish plate lunch options are in close distance. Formal dining options are located at nearby Turtle Bay Resort, as are two premier golf courses. The home sits along the excellent Ke Ala Pupukea Bike Path, which runs from Sunset Beach to Waimea Falls. Snorkeling is fantastic at Sharks Cove, which is less than one mile down the road, and both valley and mountain trails are nearby for hiking. The charming and friendly surf town Haleiwa is close by for shopping, galleries and cafes.
