House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Come explore all that Reno/Tahoe have to offer at this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood (even within walking distance to a park!). Great mountain views and close to everything in Reno and Lake Tahoe. Only 10 minutes from downtown.

Amazing views of the Reno valley and the Sierras. The back yard also has a great patio (with nice patio furniture) and a gas BBQ. There's even a place to play volly ball. You're welcome to eat any of the fruit from our trees and bushes.

We are only about 30 minutes to Mt Rose and Northstar ski areas, and 45 minutes to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows!

You can view the Reno balloon races from the back yard or go

see it at Rancho San Rafael Park--only 7 min from the house!

Great alternative to a hotel

We were very happy with our stay here. We are a family of 3 (with a 3 year old) visiting family in Reno. We needed a space for everyone to gather for meals and just hanging out --- this met our needs perfectly. The pictures are very respresentative of the home. It is a comfortable, family friendly home. Living room furniture very comfortable. Owner was VERY accommodating as we needed to change our dates due to a funeral. A few notes: only one wine glass (LOTS of shot glasses and heavy glass mugs though!), hair dryer did not work very well, outdoor grill did not work at all, outdoor furniture dirty and worn, couldn't get sound on tv in living room to work, carpets are very worn/stained. We would rent again and bring our own hair dryer and wine glasses :).

Great place for a family reunion over Thanksgiving. Had all the amenities like double-ovens, barbecue, pool table, and plenty of TV's for the football games. Nice rooms with plenty of bathrooms and a great dining table for the family gathering.

We were in the home last week for a family reunion. The back yard was perfect for grandchildren playing while adults visited. There are 3 patio furniture areas and the yard is beautiful, especially in the evening when it cools off. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, serving dishes, utensils and dishware. My grandchildren were delighted to find playthings in one of the bedrooms upstairs. A couple of my daughters really enjoyed the massage chair in the living room. We were very comfortable in the house and would rent it again.
