We are Tony and Lorraine Drake and we live in Philadelphia with our 10 year old son Anthony. Every year we make multiple six hour drives to the ferry to spend time on this island we love so much. We operate a small business where we own several rental properties in Philadelphia. This is our second time owning a home on Martha's Vineyard.
We purchased this property because we loved spending time here with our friends and wanted a place that was centrally located and could accommodate two small families. We added a bath and family room so that kids or teens could gather separate from adults if they desired. There is also enough space for everyone in the living and dining area. And who doesn't love three bathrooms?
We fell in love with the size and location.
