The apartment Casa Clara is located in Cipressa, you have incredible views onto the sea. In front of the apartment is a large, sunny south terrace with garden furniture and sunshade. It has two secluded bedrooms and a large living-dining area. Casa Clara was renovated to the season 2003 and lovingly furnished. It has tiled floors and gas-central-heating.

Casa Clara is located in Piani di Cipressa, air-line distance 50 m to the sea, in a residential area, about 150 m above the coast. On the upper floor lives the friendly owner family who has two dogs and grows above the house in some greenhouses flowers. In front of the apartment is a large, sunny south terrace with garden furniture and sunshade with breathtaking view onto the Mediterranean Sea. The access leads from 200 m with a rising private alley direct to your private parking space at the house. Stores, supermarkets, sandy beach, restaurant and bar are in San Lorenzo (1.5 km) or Cipressa (5 km).

Notes

  • All additional charges, linen as well as the final cleaning are included in the price. The charges for the central heating will be separately charged if the case may be. We charge per booking a flat rate cost of 50 €. With a stay of 3 weeks you get a discount of 10% for the 3rd week. If you want to arrive only in pairs, please ask for a discount. All rates obtain occupancy of 4 persons. With an occupancy of more than 4 adults we charge 25 € per person and per week.
  • Arrival on a Saturday from 4 pm. Departure on a Saturday until 10 am.
