Sunset Place is a beautiful three story beach home featuring four bedrooms, three bath located directly across the street from the beach on the exclusive West End of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the spectacular gulf views and sunsets from the third floor. This home is located directly across the street from the beach on the exclusive West End of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the gulf views and sunsets from the first, second and third floors and most of the rooms in the home. Sunset Place is adjacent to Sunnyside Resort and across the street from dedicated beach access # 93. Sunset Place shares a large heated pool with two other homes located in the back of the house in a private gated area.

The Sunset Place floor plan is excellent for families. The first floor offers two bedrooms and a full bath as well as a bar area with a refrigerator, microwave and storage area located in the hallway leading to the pool area. The second floor features the dining room, half bath, and spacious living room area which offer a large balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool area. The third floor features a guest bedroom, the master bedroom with a large bathroom and whirlpool tub and the most incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from the third floor balcony.

Sunset Place accommodates up to 10 occupants and is completely furnished and comes with many extras such as free WIFI, LED TVs, DVD players, microwave oven, corian countertops, ceiling fans, tile and newly installed carpet, washer/dryer, beautiful landscaping and a spectacular large heated pool and spa (the spa and pool temperature is set on 82 and cannot be controlled separately), etc. There is an additional fee of $175 for the heated pool/spa feature.

Sunset Place is situated 100 feet to the beach and is perfect for weddings, receptions and special events. Prior approval and a surcharge apply for all special events. We have excellent relationships with preferred wedding planners and caterers. All of our homes are family friendly. We cater to families and parties 25 years of age and older. If you are interested in reserving any of our properties, please send an email for the dates you prefer or contact us by phone. If the property is available and you agree to reserve it, a rental agreement will be sent to you with detailed information regarding the property, security deposit and payment schedule. The reservation is secured with a $500 security deposit. In effort to avoid being exploited by internet scams and protect the potential guests, we do not accept wire transfers and will personally speak with you by phone to confirm the reservation. Furthermore, we will provide you with our property address and full name so you can verify property ownership through the county property appraisers website: www.baypa.net. To determine proximity to the beach, you can go to google maps or google earth and verify.

SPRING BREAK RENTALS FROM MARCH 1 TO APRIL 15 REQUIRE A SEVEN NIGHT STAY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY - NO EXCEPTIONS. INQUIRIES FOR LESS THAN SEVEN DAYS WILL RECEIVE AN 'UNAVAILABLE' RESPONSE. There are very few properties (houses) in the Panama City Beach area that will rent to parties under the age of 25. In certain circumstances, our properties are available for rent to parties under 25 years of age provided a number of conditions are met. We require each occupant to sign the rental agreement and assume primary legal responsibility for the occupants during their stay. All occupants will also be required to provide a copy of their driver’s license prior to check-in.

For the protection of the guests, upon check in, the property owner will meet the occupants and complete an inventory checklist and walk through of the property. Upon check-out, the property owner will again meet the occupants and complete an inventory checklist and walk through of the property. Every single item and its condition at the property is included on the inventory checklist.

The house is located in a residential area with numerous other rental houses; however, there are a number of full-time residents that live in close proximity to the house. House parties or gatherings and additional unregistered occupants are prohibited and if discovered will result in immediate and complete forfeiture of the deposit, payments and eviction.

This property offers family-discounted rates. Most of the rates are discounted for families and are not applicable to parties under the age of 25. Regular rates apply to all non-family group. The security deposit is $750 and fully refundable 10 days after check out. THE DEPOSIT DOES NOT APPLY TOWARDS THE FINAL PAYMENT. The full payment is required within 30 days prior to arrival. We do not accept separates payment. Rentals are weekly Saturday to Saturday (seven day stay required).

What makes this house unique

I have many preferred vendors in the area that offer discounts to my customers for taxi/shuttle service, deep sea fishing, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, etc. I also have 26 foot Boat with a cuddy cabin and offer guided Shell Island and dolphin tours when available.

Great house and visit - Definately recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and well equipped. The layout is perfect if you have multiple generations of family, or multiple families with the living area in the middle and 2 rooms above and 2 rooms below. We had 8 adults and the living room and dining area fit all of us easily. The house is just across the street from the beach, quick, easy access, and about a 10 minute drive to Pier Park. The pool is nice and in a good enclosed, easily visible location if you have younger children. Scott was very responsive and easy to work with and my full deposit check was returned a week after our stay ended. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay . The house was very clean n nice. My family had a wonderful time at this house. The beach was the best part . You literally walk out front gate n a few steps and on beach. Scott was very nice n easy to talk to or get ahold of. Pool is right there at house n great location. Just now a week back n he already sent our deposit back n full. We got to Florida at least once an year n we found our new house to stay in from now on!!!!

Amazing Place and Awesome Owner!!!

Finding this place in Panama City for a military tournament was the greatest home I could have arrived to. The owner is super friendly and very accommodating. The house is completely gorgeous and the amenities such as the pool were great especially the location of the home is amazing and how close this house is to the beach. The master bedroom is paradise since it has it's own balcony that you can wake up and in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. This house is also prime location being close to so many shops but also being in a more quiet and relaxing area. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone that was coming to Panama City to stay.

Fabulous!

After arriving in PC to a beach house that could not be lived in for the week, we had to move quickly to find another place to stay...WHAT A REFLIEF to find this gem! Firstly, it is on the quiet end of the beach yet close enough to Pier Park and grocery shopping for convenience. The house is VERY spacious which allowed our three families to enjoy our time together as well as have privacy with four bedrooms and THREE decks. There is a shared POOL right outside your back door. It was AWESOME to have a place to come back to in the afternoon and relax. There were plenty of utensils, plates, cups and to our surprise they provided toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap. You have an ocean view from the 3rd floor balcony and the house is a very short stroll to the beach (our 2 year old grands walked). There is also a small refrigerator on the main level just before you walk out to the pool. We loved having not only the extra space to store water and sodas, it was very convenient when at the pool. We love this house. The owner was so easy to work with and we appreciated his hospitality. We have definite plans to rent again. Thank you Scott for a fabulous week with our family :-).

As advertised and we loved it!

First off, one of the biggest perks about the place is that it is off the beating path of the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. That being said, it's a very quick drive to get to all of the Panama City Beach attractions. That's if you even wanted to go down there. There are some great restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our group had 8 adults and 2 children, and the house couldn't have accommodated us any better. We all had plenty of space and never felt crowded. The pool and hot tub being out the back door was a nice bonus. However, we were there for the beach and it is right across the street.. Did I mention that it wasn't over crowded? All in all, 5star stay. We didn't want to leave.

Awesome house, great host!

When I arrived I was amazed by the house and it's surroundings. A cubical of neighbors, a pool to share, a hot tub, a grill for your warm weather cookouts and the view of the ocean horizon from our second and third floor was breathtaking. When my group and I met up with Scott and Rick they informed us on literally everything and what we needed to know about having a good and safe time. Not to mention, offered us a dolphin cruise on his boat. From places to eat, to places to party, to places to hangout on the beach, Scott and Rick know. And with him being so tied in and committed to your stay, you're almost guarantee to have an amazing time. One thing I loved about the house was it's free wifi! Couldn't explain how excited I got about that! You also have a free cleaning service that'll check in and tighten up things throughout the week which helps out in the long run. I had an amazing time and I'm talking for the group on that one. I recommend this to any and all and you have my word your time will be awesome!!!
